The restaurant was closed down for months and I believe there are new chefs, as the food has really changed.
I got the munchie boxes, both personal and two persons on different occasions. Portions are humongous! And the chinese dishes taste like proper Chinese food. If you can’t tolerate authentic tastes, don’t go there! Properly seasoned, rich and heavy food. The curry sauce here has a distinct peppery note to it which I really like as opposed to the usual curry sauces from other Chinese places in Bangor. The staff were very friendly, they were looking for reception staff at the time but I felt very welcome and taken care of all the same. Respectful and attentive. 10/10 would go there again. They do Japanese, Chinese and Thai dishes, and I’ve had their bento box at the time it had the previous owners, and no complaints there except I thought the edamame beans were a bit undercooked that time. Confident there would be nothing of the sort this time!

First time I ordered the salted chilli chips, absolutely amazing. They were fresh and hot but for the past two nights were kinda disappointing. I ordered the salted chilli chips but they tasted and looked like they were reheated, now the rest of the order is fresh and hot but just disappointed about the chips.

I’ve been to Fujima hundreds of times, Not once have i had any bad food, Both people that work there are lovely peopoe and the food is always in amazing condition, Tasty too! The salmon i get from there is absolutely extraordinary.

Takeaway order – two Katsu Chicken bento boxes, salmon nigiri and salmon rolls, chicken tempura rolls and a few extras. All fantastic. Sushi was so soft and fresh, gyoza were light and crisp, soup was perfect – just everything great. Daughter wants this to be every Saturday’s dinner!

Loved the service they nice and talkative which gives you something to do while waiting for food. The wait time is roughly 5 minutes which is really fast compared to sushi king. The place only takes cash but you can order on just eat. The food itself is lovely and delish I heavily recommend eating from here

Fujima Asian fusion is an NI-style Cantonese Chinese place, a Japanese restaurant and a Thai restaurant all rolled into one. Right now, they’re the best East Asian place on Just Eat in Bangor.
