The lady on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE ! My first time ordering from them we didn’t know how they set they food up. She gonna say “you need to pay attention to what you order “ “why you call then” after the issue was resolved. If this is how they treat people who are confused then I’ll never eat from them again.

Worst experience to have. They have an older lady that answers gives you 1 million reasons why you should not order from them can’t seem to add her numbers together except for that I need more money to even have a delivery. It’s posted on the Internet that it’s a $15 minimum and the lady yells out to me that it’s $25 plus plus before you even put your order in !! I wish the owners would read these reviews as that woman is useless on the phone.

I used to order from here ALL THE TIME until I called one day to ask about the combo specials and for it to be explained a little better. A woman answered and said hello yes. I said is this Chinese food? She says yes what do you want? I thought that was rude but over looked that because I was hungry. So I asked her to explain the menu specials, because I had the menu in front of me, and she got frustrated. She put the phone down and came back asking again what do you want? I was upset. I said well I need more info about your menu so I can tell you and she said well call me back when you know what you want. And actually hung up on me. I was appalled. So I called back and she answered the same as before. I said yes I just called, and she says I know who you are what you want?! I still made my order nonetheless and she got my order right and wrong. A simple chicken and white rice was turned into a chicken with fried rice and my daughter hates fried rice and that was her meal I had purchased for her. I actually was going to go to the restaurant and see who she was because her attitude SUCKED so bad If I want food I hesitate and deliberate for hours with my husband before we order. The guys are nice but the women there suck. They lack customer service skills. She shouldn’t answer their phones AT ALL. THEY WILL LOSE BUSINESS BEHIND HER RUDE TAIL !! the food is pretty good for the most part though. But who wants to go thru ignorance to eat??!! Word of advice for them: FIRE HER TAIL!!

They literally gave me SPOILED fried chicken it smelt and tasted sour and whats even worse is my 2 year old ate one piece i am beyond disgusted, took all of it back !.

My food could have been cooked a lil bit better.I only ordered general tso with extra broccoli which they put.But it was so dry.They only had the sauce that it was cooked in I presume but My food was very hot tho!

Cashier owner is one of the rudest people in the food industry. Actually giving me attitude while I was ordering. I ordered delivery from there for over 5 years to my office and then decided to grab some carry out because the food is decent but not good enough to support a business that treats customers with no respect. They lost my business forever

I ordered online with no problems. The food was delivered before the estimated time, and the food was great. The delivery guy forgot my drink, it happens no big deal it was only a $1.50. However, without me calling, the delivery driver came back, with my beverage and apologized profusely. Thank you so much delivery driver!!
