I was delighted to have dinner here again. This time, I ordered the Teriyaki tofu and fried noodles. I can’t even describe how delicious they were—I finished every bite.
I’ve tried almost every dish on the menu, and I’ve loved them all. I even recommended this place to my friends, and they all agreed it was pretty amazing.
We later learned from some locals that this restaurant is new and just opened this year—what a lucky find! Both the manager and the chef were excellent, and it was a pleasure chatting with them while waiting for our food.
So before you say there’s no good Chinese food around here, make sure you try this spot first. Hopefully, you won’t miss it!

After eating a terrible fried noodle dish at XXX restaurant, I almost gave up hope of finding any decent noodles or authentic Chinese flavors around here. But then—Fuji Teriyaki changed everything.
I was blown away by their teriyaki chicken—hands down the best I’ve ever had. I also discovered a surprise breakfast that wasn’t even on the menu: warm porridge, pickled vegetables, baozi, mantou, and dumplings. If you’re reading this, you’re lucky enough to know the secret!
After such a comforting breakfast, I felt completely recharged. I even packed a curry tofu dish for the next day’s lunch—I just couldn’t bear the thought of another park hamburger while exploring Yellowstone.

We found the taste a bit too sweet for our preference. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef, the meat was juicy and tender. We’d recommend it to someone who enjoys sweeter flavors. As newcomers to the U.S., we’re still getting used to the tipping system. However, the tip was set at a default 18%, and we weren’t given the option to choose a different amount.

I had high hopes for some delicious teriyaki at this place. They had a friendly staff who took my order, they make everything to order and give you a buzzer so you can souvenir shop while you wait. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki and Curry in anticipation of awesomeness, and unfortunately it just didn’t happen. I couldn’t tell the difference between the two dishes, they were both super bland and had limited flavors you’d expect in ordering such dishes. I wish I could’ve given a better review, but the food just didn’t meet up to my expectations for Teriyaki.

First night in West Yellowstone (Friday), the town was packed — long lines everywhere. I walked around looking for food and stumbled across Fuji Teriyaki. What caught my eye? Simple, no-fuss menu. Teriyaki chicken? Easy win.
Ordering was fast, food was made fresh. I got the noodle plate with added chicken and damn — it hit the spot. Flavorful, not overly sweet, just that perfect umami teriyaki flavor. The portion was solid too.
Definitely great takeout food if you want something quick, filling, and satisfying without the wait. Can’t go wrong here.

oh my teriyaki this place is delicious. i would run back to west yellow stone for some of their food. and i did!! next night i got their teriyaki beef and curry tofu. both are very tasty and filling. they are a great alternative to burgers and pizza, if you are just craving for something different. also they have a nice decor of a cowboy dog on their wall. they sure made my day

Do not eat here! Dined there a couple of days ago (curry chicken and tofu). The chicken tasted bad, and the vegetables tasted not fresh and/or not well washed. Absolutely the worst meal we’ve had on the road!!! Avoid eating here.

The food is unbelievably disgusting! I have never had anything like this all over the U.S.! You can taste the dish detergent in the sauce. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!
