By Far Best Sushi in town. There sushi to Hibachi dinners are amazing in presentation and Taste. Workers are all so nice and the sushi workers made a special salad with sashimi, salmon and crab was AMAZING!!! #1 for my family. The closes to Hawaii my home town taste.

Great sushi place and wonderful staff ! I have grown to love sushi even more as I grow older and they are my comfort spots. This place is no exception. I ordered the mango sushi roll and it had a bit more spice than I was used to but otherwise good! Also ordered pork katsu for the first time and the sauce that came with it fit the dish well. The vegetables were alright, they had little flavor. Clear soup was standard as well.

First time eating here and we were completely blown away. The waitress is great and the food comes out at rocket speed. We had the baby octopus salad, chicken fried rice, shrimp tempura and the Yummy Roll. Everything was absolutely perfect. We’ve been in Florida for almost 2 years and this is by far the very best Japanese, hell the best Asian restaurant we’ve been to in Florida! Bravo folks… Bravo.

Definitely get the Love Boat for 2! The White Tuna sushimi is delicious and buttery as was all the raw fish pieces on the platter. Best value for an amazing selection of sushi and fresh tasting fish. Our server let us sub the Chef’s Choice roll for the special of the night which was a flavorful fresh Mango Roll with Avocado, Tempura Shrimp, Fish Eggs, thinly sliced fresh Mango and Bamboo sauce. Service was exceptional. I forgot how amazing the food is here. One of the best experiences for fresh sushi and sushimi in Jacksonville (and that’s coming from someone who lived in Los Angeles for almost a decade). Not disappointed.

I ordered two rolls for takeout. I ordered online. The rolls (one salmon and one eel) were both very good. I would not choose this restaurant for indoor dining because I found the atmosphere to be somewhat lacking.

The food is great but the attention to their customers is what really blew me away. I was discussing a sushi roll I really liked from a different restaurant with another customer and the waitress was listening in. She ask for all the ingredients and said that they could make it! It was added to their menu – and was served to me soon after, exactly the way I described. Truly a great experience

I love Fuji sushi. They have great hibachi food, my boyfriend normally gets 3 rolls of sushi. It ends up being around $43 for a hibachi dinner, 3 rolls, and 1 drink. The picture below is clear soup, one day I didn’t feel like getting hibachi. I requested just 3 bowls of clear soup, one girl said I’ll just bring out a large bowl full of clear soup. It was awesome. $5.95 for all that soup.
