After many years of consuming takoyaki, I consider myself somewhat of a takoyaki connoisseur (self-certified) and this place genuinely has the best takoyaki I’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfectly cooked, looks great and tastes AMAZING. The sauce and lettuce compliments the takoyaki well and I appreciate that they didn’t drown it with bonito flakes. Ts is delicious, I’m getting my takoyaki fix from here from now on

Can’t say enough good things about Fuji Sushi. The fish is always super fresh and delicious, and the prices are hard to beat. Their sashimi lunch deal is my favorite, generous portions, perfectly sliced, and it even comes with a fresh salad. I also love how easy their online ordering system is, and the lunch specials make it a no-brainer. Always a great experience here!

The Dynamite Roll was an explosion of flavors—perfectly spicy and incredibly fresh. The Out of Control Roll was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill. The Gyoza were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a savory filling that made for a perfect starter.
If you’re in the area and craving sushi, Fuji Sushi is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended!

We have been enjoying Fuji Sushi in Rosemount for years now. All of the ingredients are amazingly fresh and provide for an amazing taste and dining experience. Everything is prepared professionally, quickly, and with care and a smile. There is a small eat-in area. Everything is plated and packaged so perfectly, it is very convenient to pick up and enjoy at home. Rated one of the top sushi experiences in the Twin Cities with a reasonable price as well. If you want a family-owned community restaurant that really cares about its customers, try Fuji Sushi Rosemount for yourself.
