Fuji is my favorite sushi restaurant. It is consistently delicious and reasonably priced for having such high quality fish. I really enjoy the nigiri, especially the specials that aren’t on the regular menu but they nearly always have. And the sushi chefs are very friendly and make the experience even better. On my most recent visit we got: toro, surf clam, squid, white fish, saba, aji, madai, kanpachi, and anago nigiri and a rainbow roll, Philadelphia roll, and crunchy dynamite roll.

Haven’t ordered from fuji in years. Last time I went I felt like it was a little pricey and food was just okay so never really went back. But we ordered from them tonight and it was so good!! Like really good! Every dish we tasted we just kept saying wow this is really good, wow this is really good. Everything was so fresh and delicious. I feel like the prices were soooo reasonable compared to its competitors!! I do wish there were a few more combo meals or dinner roll combination specials but all in all great! So much better than my previous opinion on fuji, We will order again for sure.

The sushi here is excellent! Cozy and clean dining room with kind-hearted servers. The Mexican Roll is a must try. It has a big flavor with strong spice and a flame charred exterior.

My favorite places for sashimi and sushi. I don’t normally order off the menu excpet their special rolls. Im here for the fresh sashimi and they have a good selection to choose from. Great service and friendly staff. Best price in town!

Amazingly fresh and delicious fish. Great sushi chefs, friendly, fast and creative. 3 stars only because the waitress was rude and mad that we arrived at 8p, an hour before they closed. She was quick to tell us there were 20 orders ahead of us, practically threw our dishes on there table, didn’t verify our order so was extremely rude when it was incorrect, and never brought our soup. And do NOT order the wine, it might as well be paint thinner, old oxidized. Aside from that, the kitchen staff drug the very large, dirty and smelly garbage can through the main dining room out the front door. Cleanliness is questionable.

Went with a friend who frequents this restaurant often. He walks in and the guy knows what he likes. It was only my second time there so I was at their mercy with the menu. Got a rock n roll with smoked salmon on top. Very good. The sake was awesome. We tried 4 different kinds. My fave was the dessert sake they serve with the mochi ice cream. Go here and tell them what you like and they will find the perfect dishes for you. You won’t be disappointed.

We had lunch here a few weeks ago, and it was delicious. They have a large selection to choose from, so anyone can find something to eat. Everything here was FRESH and made to order. Ken is very personable, and let us sample a few items. I was impressed with the quality, and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great lunch.

Staff were very friendly. Ordered rolls and uni. Rolls very tasty and fresh with unique flavors. If anything price per portion bordering on too much for too little. Would definitely recommend as there are a lot of other intriguing rolls I would go back to try, including the elvis.
