Grand opening day!! The team at Fuji did a great job. Our server, Yawa, was amazing! She answered all of our questions and provided service with a smile. The self service all you drink boba, dessert, and salad bar allowed for a nice variety. We stuck to soup, salad, appetizers and sushi for lunch. Everything that came out was tasty, hot, and fresh! We will definitely tell others about Fuji Sushi and can’t wait to return with family and friends. Welcome to the neighborhood team!!!

The way we needed this in Chesapeake! The wait is over we could not be more excited for this spot and it did not disappoint! Everyone is super nice, the esthetic is 10/10 love the white and gold! They have a salad bar well kept and the boba tea station (my nephew is going to love it)
The rolls were all really good and a lot to choose from! If you don’t like raw there are many cooked options as well which is nice as there is something for everyone.
They don’t have a lunch menu it’s dinner all day so $27.99 all you can eat all day (I’m sure lunch prices posted will soon come but currently it’s dinner price all day but totally worth it!) they just opened so lunch and a bar should soon be effective.

10/10 recommend and can not wait to go back and sit outside this summer!

Took my girlfriend on a sushi lunch date after the gym today for the grand opening and it was excellent. All the options to choose from on the AYCE lunch menu was amazing. Will definitely be making this my new go to spor for sushi. Looking forward on trying other delicious items off of the menu.

Food was great and the building looks awesome. We went opening day so they were packed and the waits were longer than expected. Staff was super friendly and apologized for the wait, but they were having a great opening day so we couldn’t complain. I will definitely go back!

Had such a great time here. Went for the lunch special our waitress was great and they were very kind when they greeted us upon entry, we didn’t have to wait for seating and it was fairly busy. Very clean, the sushi was great and so was the hibachi the lunch special is $20 per adult which isn’t bad. we had boba tea, steak hibachi, a lot of sushi, salad, and there was even a dessert selection. The portions were great ! Would definitely recommend to try

I just had lunch on day two of opening. From the time I walked in until I was stuffed and almost needing to be rolled out, I enjoyed everything. The music was upbeat and the level was just right. Everything was clean. The food was good. My server, Yawa, was pleasant, attentive, and helpful.

My partner, two friends, and I stopped by Fuji Sushi AYCE & Grill around 5:30 and had a really great experience! The atmosphere inside is beautiful and everyone working there was extremely kind. I especially appreciated that the owner personally greeted guests and said goodbye to people as they left. That hospitality stands out.
The food came out surprisingly fast considering how busy it got later in the evening. My partner and I especially loved the gyoza- they’re one of our favorite things to share and these were great. The self-serve tea bar and salad bar were also a really fun touch.
The interior design and branding of the restaurant are clearly well thought out and give the place a strong identity. The only thing that surprised me when first finding the restaurant was that the website didn’t quite show how nice the place actually is in person, and lacked some potential from a professional viewpoint. Overall though, we were really impressed and will surely be coming back!!

Came here for lunch with my wife on the opening day. Service was very timely considering it is all being made to order. Our server Lili was right on top of everything, and we didn’t feel rushed. The rolls were all delicious. The shrimp tempura appetizer was amazing. We ordered the hibachi and it is a modest portion, but with all you can eat, that is expected. We would definitely come back just to try the different rolls available. The restaurant is very clean and an overall great experience.
