This place was amazing! The atmosphere, service, and food were all superb. Make sure to park in the free lot or find street parking as the other lot close by costs $10 for 2 hours and $12 for 3 hours.

We got the short ribs and pepper appetizers. Three short ribs came with that order and a ton of peppers. The peppers spiciness varied based on each one. Then we got the green dragon roll and my friend got the poke lunch bowl which was loaded and so delicious. We also got a pot of green tea which they only charge per person and was $3pp. Everything was 10/10.

Pictures are mostly partly eaten bc I forgot until already eating lol.

Our party had allergies and they made sure to check each thing for allergy ingredients and also make notes to alter things as needed. Such great care and attention to detail.

2 appetizers, green tea, one specialty roll, lunch poke bowl came out to ~$86 before tip.

If you have the Amex platinum card, make a reservation on resy and use your credit here!

A friendly stranger at Pioneer Square recommended us to Fuji for Sushi and it was the best sushi we had in Seattle. I highly recommend for making reservation and we were lucky to get a bar table without reservation. Staff are friendly and attentive and free two hours using the QR code.

Free 2 hour parking at the parking lot behind the building. Make sure to scan QR code upon entry and validate it.

We decided to get 4 rolls. Everything tasted fresh and good! Would love to try their nigiri or sashimi next time. The dessert box was advertised as chocolate lava cake but mine was overcooked. Still pretty tasty regardless.

Service was friendly and attentive. They forgot to put in our order of takoyaki but we were glad since we didn’t have that much room after the rolls.

Will be back to try other things. This place is solid!

Wanted to give this place a good review but I can’t.

First of all, they offer free parking, but for a first timer, it’s confusing. Most people would scan the QR code outside in the parking lot but it’s the wrong one. The actual one is inside the store. Registration is easy, once this is figured out.

Nice server, but questionable owner. They made some mistakes, overcharged us and refused to correct the bills, leaving us feel unjust.

We ordered 1 tobiko nigiri that comes with 2 pieces with rice, and 1 ikura sashimi that comes with 3 pieces without rice. What actually came out are 4 tobiko and 2 ikura, both with rice. We thought that they ran out of ikura so they served us extra tobiko to make up for it. We didn’t ask, didn’t make a fuss, only to realize that it was a mistake. The bill came out charging us for 2 tobiko nigiri (we ordered 1), and 3 ikura sashimi when we only received 2 nigiri which is cheaper. The server said that according to the owner, WE ALREADY ATE THE EXTRA TOBIKO AND THE 2 IKURA NIGIRI ARE ACTUALLY THE SAME PORTION AS 3 SASHIMI (how’s this possible???) SO THEY CAN’T CORRECT THE BILL. He already asked the owner once, but he could ask again. We didn’t see the point so we paid and left.

Now, they might try to correct their actions afterward, after I publish a video about this. It’d be insincere though, because it’d take publicity for them to correct their actions. Will see, if that even happens.

Also, dirty windows. I don’t think this place is owned by Japanese. They’re a lot more meticulous. Also, all Japanese I know are honest, they would’ve apologize profusely.

We came in to Seattle with guests from out of town who wanted sushi. So glad we found this place! And, it was Seattle dining week so 3 of us took advantage of the price fix menus. I wish I took better pictures but check out other reviewers for the amazing presentations of their food. Our guests said it was the best sushi/nigiri/sashimi they can remember. My black cod bento box was amazing! (And included the fish in the background that I gave to our nephew…) Definitely come in hungry!

small tables and expected to be across from others at the table. doesn’t quite work when the next take over sits next to each other, and preventing their expected seating arrangement.

food was delicious and service was good, but not flexible on menu choices (no substitutes on choices)

☘️ We came when the store wasn’t too busy and got seated right away. I’ve spent most of my life in Hawaii and I LOVE sushi/nigiri/etc. I’ve had a lot of concern trying to find affordable, yet delicious sushi. Everything exceeded my expectations and our meal was delicious. The two servers were kind and regularly checked up on us. Truly a gem!

The bento boxes were my favorite. Obsessed with their tempura and takoyaki. Presentation was great as well. Tight on some seating but overall amazing.
