Came here for lunch. It was a bit slow maybe due to holiday shopping. I have noticed that head chef knows everyone name and their favorite foods. That is the customer service.

Fuji Sushi – Elk Grove is my go-to sushi place. The food, staff, and atmosphere are amazing. It’s a clean atmosphere and a local favorite. Definitely recommend the Pepper Fin; It’s seared tuna with a blend of spicy sauce and jalapeños.. Wish they brought the Chinese food section back, the salt and pepper shrimp, in particular always great. If you love sushi, you will love this place. No complains here

My new favorite all you can eat sushi spot. It’s my first time here. I went on a weekday lunch. No complaints. Service was very fast. I don’t eat much like most people do at an all you can eat place. I ordered what I wanted and I think the price was worth it.
I mostly had sashimi, Nigiris, hand rolls.

Pretty good sushi spot in Elk Grove, has yummy food and it isn’t the best but it’s also not the most expensive, for 36 dollars for a all you can eat sushi dinner, you better not complain, although to be honest it was fallen a bit off the past 3-5 years from what i remember. Still absolutely worth it however. If you haven’t tried it, then try it!
Also they always give you a tray with green stuff inside when you are seated. Make sure to try it!! That’s their special green ice cream that’s meant to clean your pallet

Fuji used to be my go-to place for AYCE sushi when I lived in the area years ago. We were in the area again recently so we decided to go there for dinner and see if anything has changed since the pandemic. I was surprised to see all the old workers there! The food was decent but nowhere close to how it used to be. The sashimi was fresh and the cooked entrees such as grilled salmon and hamachi Kama were good. However, I wish there was more variety with the sushi choices since all the rolls they had seem very similar with a generic combination of shrimp and cucumber slathered in mayo and unagi sauce. The mixed tempura was a little disappointing as some of the pieces tasted dry like it had been sitting out for long or were leftovers from lunch. While it is understandable for them to take out the hot buffet bar since it wasn’t popular back then, I also didn’t like their new process of having to flag down your server to order hot food since it was often difficult to find them in the first place.

Please watch out for the lead cook, this guy is amazing. He will remember all your orders and swiftly prepare everything. The waiters, there is plenty of them, will always care for you and provide you with drinks and all sorts of appetizers. Sitting at the bar gives you access to all the wonderful pieces that are floating on cute wooden ships. All in all, the quality of the food is amazing and the prices incredibly affordable. You have an AYCE model that is cheaper for lunch. PS. There is an incredibly tall waiter working there: thank you for your great service and for remembering us.
