I really enjoyed eating at Fujisushi! The sushi was super fresh and tasty. The Angry Dragon Roll was my favorite — a perfect mix of sweet and spicy. The Spicy Tuna Tempura Futomaki was crispy outside and soft inside, really delicious. The Smelt Roe added a nice little pop. The Salmon Roll was simple but very fresh. The staff were friendly and the restaurant felt cozy and clean. I’ll definitely come back again!

I’ve always wanted to try their to go sushi in a box but never had the time to drive out so far to do so. On my lunch break, I saw it nearby and decided to order! As soon as I got there, the environment was nice and the front register person is superrr sweet and attentive. She made me feel so welcomed. The food was great and so convenient to eat in my car. Definitely recommend!

Came here with my partner and was blown away by how great our experience was. The waitress at the front was very helpful in explaining the menu and what she recommended for popular sushi rolls to order. The food tasted amazing, and the variety of sushi rolls they offered was plentiful and had a lot of variety to choose from.

Sushi is decent, nothing crazy but definitely aligns with the low prices! The gyoza is delicious. I love that you can get a box of 24 rolls for under $15. Would definitely come again!

Update: The manager called me to fix the issue. She was so sweet and truly cares about this restaurant. We spoke about the issues and she is going to fix them. She will have the staff be more diligent with the fishbones. However, this shows just how fresh the fish is! She also stated that the rice is made multiple times a day and that she will have the staff stir it more often. Regarding the technology, they are wanting to stay up-to-date on tech, but also they want to be customer focused. It sounds like they are working on finding a balance and are very open to feedback. Their customer service is outstanding and the owners are incredibly passionate about their restaurant. This alone inspires me to come back and stay loyal to local businesses, like Fuji Sushi.

There was what appears to be a fishbone on my sushi roll. The rice also tasted old. Lastly, I do not particularly like ordering from a computer. In today’s technology driven society, I appreciate the lost art of human interaction.

Fuji Sushi is a really nice restaurant. The pricing is great, and the quality is amazing. I usually order to go, but decided to dine in. I ordered the lunch special, popcorn chicken, and yuzu soda. The process is simple: there are kiosk machines you can use to order dine-in and to-go. For orders to go, they’ll deliver them to your table. When I went, it was pretty empty, which was a Friday around 2:00-3:00. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was phenomenal. Everything was absolutely delicious. You can’t go wrong with any option here. I really like the nigiri. The seafood was fresh and soft. I would absolutely return.

Update: As I mentioned before, I find myself ordering from here often because the prices are affordable. While they offer a wide variety of options, I usually stick to my favorites since the others don’t quite match what I’m looking for. The sushi is still really good—definitely better quality than what you’d find at a grocery store. It’s also nice and convenient to stop by for a quick grab-and-go when I’m not in the mood to dine in.

The fish quality isn’t astonishing but definitely better than grocery store sushi. I was really pleased with the fish-to-rice ratio—the fish portions were noticeably bigger, which was a nice surprise. If you’re looking for budget-friendly sushi with better quality than store-bought, this place is worth checking out. I’d definitely come back!

I’ve had sushi all over the east coast, and this place taste exactly the same as home! The lady at the counter gave my girlfriend and I amazing suggestions, the place was so clean and nicely kept, the food was phenomenal, definitely coming back here!!

Spicy rolls felt like they had filler in them and made our stomachs hurt. Gyoza was not good. Sashimi was a bit thickly cut but ok. Overall not worth the money even if it was cheaper.
