You get what you pay for here. Great for people in college or folks on a budget. The presentation is nice, servers pleasant, but the sushi is nothing spectacular. Just middle of the road sushi. Not terrible and not amazing.

I love Fuji, this restaurant is always so nice, so accommodating. I calm and they have my order saved and it’s very easy to change and or add to the order. Order is always FRESH and on time! Got a big order last night and all the food was great, the whole family was very happy! Thank you for serving great food on a consistent basis!! Eat at FUJI at regency!!

I used to enjoy coming to this place. But sometime last year, I noticed that the owner was no longer coming to take orders. A new “hostess” took on the role of handling orders. Customer service decreased and so has food quality.
For example, I asked to substitute a house salad for a seaweed salad…. Was told this would be a $4.32 up-charge. I politely declined and paid for my lunch special and waited for my three sushi rolls to be finished. While waiting, I changed my mind and decided to go for the seaweed salad… I was rudely told I couldn’t do that anymore and that now the cost would now be $5.32.
This is a small thing- really- but I do believe that the sincerity of the owner would not have allowed this to happen. She remembered her regulars and worked to make sure customers were happy. It’s a shame.

Go to place for our sushi needs. Great little place tucked in the corner. Always timed it right for no wait. Popular for take out. We always get a mix of different sushi rolls. Presentation is always a plus!

Fuji sushi is a place I know very well. This was different location. This was a very small restaurant. I must say I didn’t feel comfortable I had a feeling of being slightly unwelcomed. Though I cannot put my finger on it after talking to my two friends this morning. They said the same thing. The other location we go to is very lively and friendly and outgoing. The food was good. But for us it fell down on ambience and atmosphere. I won’t return to this location unless I do a takeout order. I’d rather travel a little farther to the other location

This is my favorite sushi spot for my “me days”. I always come with my headphones on and order a few rolls. Each and every time they create a beautiful presentation with such fresh sashimi! And they always finish my meal with some freshly cut pineapple from the sushi chefs the hot green tea is always so refreshing.

I guess they thought that because I was black that I couldn’t understand anything that they were saying about me. I’m pregnant, I ordered extra sushi and they literally made fun of me the entire time I was there. I wouldn’t waist my time or money in this place ever again. If you can’t understand what they are saying then I wouldn’t recommend eating here because they may be talking about you for eating extra food as well.

Listed as the top Sushi spot in the area. Went for dinner, nice quaint place, has all the hallmarks of a daily run business and that’s what I like supporting. They had lost every table of all 15 filled. Great service for a full floor. I got the Bento dinner box, I substituted the roll for a higher priced specialty roll, they just charged me the difference which is fine, at least I got to substitute! The other 2 with me got sushi rolls and were not disappointed. I should have got pictures from them, but hey, it’s a roll, you’ve seen those before I’m sure!! If in the mood for Japanese you should try this spot out!!
