So we didn’t get the hibachi. Maybe that would have changed our experience, however we did get some stuff off of their menu and it was probably the blandest Japanese food I have ever had in my life. For 70 bucks this was such a waste of time and money. I really wish I would have said something to the server. Our service was great overall, he checked in on us. I just felt bad to say anything.
Sushi was missing aspects. Didn’t taste right either. I love sushi, but this tasted off. Also, said it came with caviar and it didn’t, so it was misleading. Yes, it was supposed to be the regular sushi “caviar” but it wasn’t on the roll at all.
Ramen was extremely bland. The worst Ramen ever tbh. Worse than the Walmart kind. I told my husband just don’t eat it and he forced it down.
Chicken Katsu was okay. That’s the only thing that saved them from getting a one star rating, other than the server.
Ginger salad was only lettuce, and the ginger sauce that tasted more like mayo than ginger.
Just dissatisfying overall.

Fuji Steakhouse is such a fun and entertaining place to eat! The highlight is definitely the hibachi grill where the chef cooks right in front of you—the famed onion volcano is always a crowd-pleaser and a blast to watch.
The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is consistently friendly. Pro tip: Be sure to ask for the spicy yum yum sauce! It adds the perfect kick to the meal. It’s an all-around amazing experience that combines great flavors with a fantastic show. Highly recommended for a fun night out!

The host was very polite and courteous. There was no wait on a Monday night. Waiter was polite and respectful. Drinks came in time along with the apps. Hibachi is delicious! I got the shrimp and husband got the chicken. The portions weren’t out of control either.

We are from out of state and decided to stop by Fuji for our first dinner of our vacation and it did not disappoint!!! The fried gyoza was phenomenal! The PHEONIX roll was beyond words so good! Everything about this restaurant was flawless! Tyquaan was a wonderful server so nice extremely attentive and kind!

We took mom out to dinner here tonight. It was (as expected) FANTASTIC. Our server Brennan was wonderful, helpful and did a great job making this a wonderful experience for mom and for us.
The sushi rolls were great. I had the “wildfire ” roll. Wow!
All of the meals were perfect; and of course the chef who cooked the hibachi entrees was perfect.
I’d give you TEN stars if I could.

Hit or miss. Been here about 6 different times and the first was the best and recently it hasn’t lived up to a 5 star review.
Heavy handed with salt on the hibachi. There is no difference between lunch and dinner portions so if at lunch, save the money and order from that menu.
Family friendly. Special occasion. The sushi was good, however, there are other favorites around town if you are looking for a stellar experience.
The waiters are attentive and kind.

I just love this place greatest sushi I’ve had around the Conway area. Usually when my wife and I go we ring up a good little bill but definitely worth the money, and we always have leftovers. Just a FYI, the picture with the rice is a Thai pineapple shrimp fried rice… It is served inside of a pineapple and is very delicious!!!
