This my second time returning to this spot… I was hoping they fixed some things… They didn’t.
If I ever come back it will only be for the short ribs, short ribs are still kind of pricey.
Other than that the chicken and beef rice dish was horrible. All the meat was DRY… The rice was not rice…
They have plenty of room for improvements, they just need to actually do it…

I hate to have to leave this review, but I’d feel like I’d be doing a disservice to the community if I didn’t.
I’m writing this as I’m having the beef fried rice for leftovers and it is honestly, one of the saddest dishes I have ever had. Not only does it not look appetizing, it taste just like it looks. I also got the bento box that came with two rolls and veggie tempura and even that was hard to get through.
This was my second attempt at trying this place and this experience solidified that I won’t be eating here again. It’s sad because 29 has limited options with food.

This place has been here for Decades. Though they changed owners, everything stayed the same. I would’ve love to give 5 stars,however, due to economy, they cut back on some ingredients on certain food,like their (still really delicious) creamed angels. All of the food is hand made,which is so rare now a days.

The egg rolls were soggy and the sauce was blah. The fried shrimp were just ok. The frying oil on the shrimp tasted like it was old and used many times. The atmosphere is messy and disorganized. I wouldn’t eat here again.

Love this place! The food is good and the service is great they are so nice and accommodating. They have a nice selection of beers too good spot to just hang out, next month they are opening a wall and making a big outdoor seating area I can’t wait!

The food here is so good! My favorite is the Udon! While this is the only place in town with Udon it is some of the BEST udon ive had. The owners are incredibly kind. The service and food are both amazing.

Quaint little sushi/Asian food place located in a town that is in desperate need of both cultural variety and healthy food options. Very nice hard-working staff. If they are busy, it’s still worth the wait. Way better than the local/typical ‘cheese burger quesadilla’ option.
