I was here yesterday. I loved the Fuji Ramen. The Hibachi was very good. The most memorable is the Fuji Fruit Tea. This will make you want to come back all the time over everything else. The atmosphere was nice and the many variety of Alcohol and non-Alcohol drinks.

Went with friends. The green onion pancakes taste exceptionally good. You can’t taste the green onion and though the sauce is a type of soy mixed with something is sweet and light. The Salmon bento comes with 2 spring rolls, 2 thin, well done Salmon slices over lettuce, rice, edemame and sweet and sour sauce. Pretty good, the edemame was a little hard but other than that, it was pretty good. The vegetarian Ramen was extremely good even better with the side of curry sauce. Highly recommend. The curry Ramen comes with a chicken soup base and grilled chicken. Delicious and rich with a light creamy texture and the curry added a plus. The fried chicken Ramen had a lot of flavor but even more with Sriracha sauce. The seafood soup does not comes with noodles. It is a very tasty and fresh choice and great for those that have gluten issues. The environment is very quiet besides the guests. They play soft music in the back ground. Great atmosphere and there is a bar. There is a weekly lunch menu but not on the weekends.

For the amount paid. Overpriced, bare minimum, basic food. One star for all three: Taste, quality and quantity. Ordered 3 bento boxes, charged $1 extra for fried rice. One order missing fried rice. Teriyaki shrimp was decent but teriyaki chicken was rubbery and strange aftertaste like freezer. Egg roll was wet and mushy. Tempura was fried well but no taste what so ever. All of our food had no taste and had very little portions for one plate costing $16-95- $17.95. I guess the extra cost are for the canister/ box the food came in. ♀️

The ramen was super flavorful! The noodles are on a bit of the thin side for my preference. The eggs in the ramen were so good I’m glad I ordered extra. I got the super spicy ramen (I love all things spice) at level 5 and enjoyed it. I’ll be back for the level 10 to get my photo on the wall! The peach bubble tea was sooooo dang sweet, but yummy, I’ll probably ask for less sweet next time it was like drinking candy. The server was very nice!

I drove an hour and a half while heading toward New Orleans just to find a solid Asian spot, and Fuji Ramen House blew me away. The service was exceptionally fast and friendly—the staff constantly checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely welcomed.
I ordered the shrimp shumai, pork gyoza, crispy fried chicken rice burger, katsu curry, and curry ramen with beef. Every dish was delicious, with generous portions – which I appreciate since I usually eat enough for four people. The curry was spicy and rich, and the ramen came packed with noodles and beef, not skimping on protein like a lot of places do.
I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

We decided to check this place out on a Sunday morning. It was not busy when we first walked in, but as soon as lunch hour hit this place started to get pretty busy. The shrimp shumai and the spicy edamame were good. The ramen was average. I tried the vegetarian ramen it was good but not the best.
I would come back for the shrimp shumai and to check out other dishes on the menu. The server was nice and very attentive. He answered a lot of our questions that we had regarding the food. A few cons of this place is the parking. It has a small parking lot. The ambiance of this place is vibrant and welcoming.

Food was great! Hell spicy ramen (level 5), vegetable tempura, scallion pancake, katsu don……all were amazing! Inside was adorable and staff was super friendly! Thanks for a good time

We had a really great time at Fuji! The service was phenomenal as well as the food. Our waiter was attentive and answered any questions we had. We got the Fuji Ramen and Steak/Scallop hibachi and everything was great. I would definitely recommend visiting!

The atmosphere was cool, the parking meh, service was great, the food….HELL NO!!! I was so disappointed we spent $100 on dishes that were just cooked all wrong. The chicken bao was rubbery, so the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way. The food looked nice, but looks can be deceiving.
Next: the spicy edamane was terrible. I choked on the beans, and it was so hard.
Shoyou ramen: smelled so bad it smelled like the sewer water. It was horrible. Also, the chicken kakatu was not good at all. Again, with the rubbery chicken. Someone in the kitchen CAN NOT cook! Will not recommend this place. I definitely will not return.
