I took my two girls out for Hibachi. Max was our waiter. He was very attentive and kind. My kiddos loved him. He was even kind enough to take our picture. Then my 7 years old asked to take one with him. He was so sweet and took one with her. Benny our chef put on a great show for the three of us and cooked a great meal. We had a blast! Delicious food, great service and a show. Thanks Max and Benny. We will be back!

Went for a family dinner out to send our oldest back to college after winter break. Delicious food and excellent service!

While the food and pricing is good, the resturant is consistently dirty and unkempt. Hard to spend $45 on a dinner while sitting across from a huge mound of discarded delivery boxes. Restrooms, bar, lobby, and tables are also consistently unclean.

I never get tired of coming here. They will fire up the hibachi table for just 2 of us at lunch. The martinis here are very good, the hibachi filet mignon is delicious. Our family loves the fun atmosphere on a Friday or Saturday night…always fresh food!

Very disappointed about the service and cleanliness at our most recent visit. The restaurant was very obviously short staffed and the employees looked frazzled, apathetic, and were seemingly annoyed that we were dining at their restaurant despite a reservation. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also questionable with supplies/overstock spilling into the restaurant, lights were missing, and the overall vibe was tired and unkempt.
Ive been to this restaurant many times before but could tell that this is no longer a place where food is made with love and the employees all felt the same. Was very disappointed in the service for the amount of money we spent. Wont be returning.

This was a first time for me going here to Fuji mountain with my brother and I would have to say, it was very average to say at least. The pictures I have displayed below is what some of the food items that they have and of okay quality, but the price on it was honestly ridiculous. I’ve gotten a hibachi salmon plate which wasn’t bad(21.00) but the noodles with it was a bit much and not necessary. The tempura shrimp appetizer was decent, giving more veggies than shrimp and my brother lobster tempura was more like, catfish(yeah, I know). Our waiter was decent as well, but more of shy like it was his first time, which made it very awkward trying to order anything. To make this a brief review, if and only if you feeling sushi or what not, and in the area, go here. Other than that, there are different sushi places to cuisine at.
An honest review.

If you like unagi this is the place to go. They have a large sitting area and hibachi area depending on what you feel like eating. You can order to go too. What I like is their packaging when it’s to go. It doesn’t seem to slip around in the container which is nice. It’s like eating there when you open it up and not all over the place.

We ate here for dinner and were very pleased. The service was great and the guy who cooked our dinner was entertaining. Portions are excellent and we left very happy! The location is showing a little age and the entrance was a bit cluttered, but nothing that affected the food. The price was a little high but we expected it. Don’t pay attention to all the negative reviews, as we have it a try and we’re happy!

We’ve been ordering from Fuji Mountain for over 7 years and initially LOVED this place. Since the pandemic the quality of the food and the service has gone downhill significantly. We have severe mushroom allergies in the family and always annotate that in all caps. On multiple occasions we have gotten mushrooms in our food, and once even had the manager argue with us. I demanded he come back to our house to pick up the dish and only then acknowledge that we were right. Since then our delivery service has been spotty. Last night’s order was the straw that broke the camel’s back and we will never order from there again. The rolls not good, the tuna sashimi was so fishy it was inedible and the salad was nothing more than a handful of wet lettuce with a single lame slice of tomato. All of this was $54…so not worth it. I ordered extra ginger sauce and extra peanut sauce, neither of which showed up and there was not soy sauce or utensils. Very disappointing. Planning to find another sushi spot in town because this isn’t worth the time and/or aggravation.

Fuji Mountain has become one of our Favorite Restaurants here in Monument Colorado. They are great for many occasions, we had family in town for the holiday and loved the Chef making fresh stir fry right in front of you. They are fun and entertaining. I love the interactive time you have with their local chefs. When the flames shoot high it is fun and exciting.
It is located at 16064 Jackson Creek Parkway, Monument, CO, 80132.
My wife and I often stop in for an affordable fresh lunch. The lunch box includes sushi, crab won ton, egg drop soup, fresh salad with ginger dressing, and a variety of beef, chicken, salmon, and scallop’s.
The food comes out fresh and hot. I have tried the sushi rolls as well and they are fantastic.
Recently I have met clients there, friends from church and family there. It is family friendly, and handicap accessible.
There is hot tea, soft drinks, or a variety of alcohol selections to meet everyone’s needs.
The staff is friendly and attentive. The dirty dishes are removed from in front of you, refills come often and they check to see if everything is prepared to your expectations.
I would highly recommend Fuji mountain for takeout, dining in and any special occasion. Fresh delicious food at an affordable price.
The flame flying off the grill for shrimp/ scallops, and Habacci Steak was fantastic tonight.
Always a fun family night.
