We came here twice and were always paired with other random couples/families with kids to ensure we had a full table (which is good in theory because that means more laughs). Unfortunately, both times our chef didn’t really perform or make jokes as we anticipate for a hibachi place like this. Other table’s seemed to be laughing and having a blast but maybe we just drew the unlucky chef both times. Ours just focused on spinning his knife and cooking things fast without much talking.
The food is good- I think it’s difficult to not make hibachi good. What sets Fuji apart from other Hibachi restaurants is their YumYum sauce. The staff and regular customers swear by it. We were convinced to try it as well and I can agree that the sauce is good stuff.
Prices are average for the hibachi experience. I just wish ALL the chef’s could try to perform and make fire volcanos, etc. for the sake of the experience being more fun and interactive. If that change was made, I wouldn’t have an issue giving this place 5 stars.

I hate to give this place such a low rating but I would say three different bad experiences with this restaurant justifies this rating. The first time I went, I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and the sauce was so odd and funky. I would say it might just be a personal preference but I love the chicken Pad Thai from the IF location and order it all the time from there. The second time I ordered the Tuna Tataki, and let’s just say my stomach wasn’t doing too well the following hours.
What finally has me writing this review was our service tonight. My chicken fried rice was mediocre at best. Super bland. My boyfriend got the Hibachi Chicken with double rice, but somehow got significantly less food than I did yet my meal was 7 dollars cheaper?! No soy sauce in our order. Two yum yum sauce with hardly any sauce in the actual containers.
These three visits have been within the last year because I consider this place to be a special occasion kind of restaurant. I’m so disappointed and hope with the recolation, service will be better.

Visited here for dinner while staying with family in the area. Service was very friendly. We decided to dine at the hibachi grill. Our hibachi chef was engaging. I opted for the hibachi chicken which was quite good, a little too much oil for my taste but still yummy. Sushi and sashimi was fresh and quite a large portion.

I wish I could remember our chef’s name as he was AMAZING with our two year old. That’s really the only reason for such a high rating. But we were terribly disappointed as we went specifically during lunch for the cheaper pricing but were told after we sat down that dinner prices would be charged since it was a holiday. That would be a great thing to list on the Facebook post inviting people in for the holiday. Also sad that bottled sauces have literally doubled. I really hope prices do not continue to go up as you get your new building.

My Husband and I went for lunch today around noon and were seated right away. They have great options for lunch that are very affordable. We chose the choose 2 basic sushi rolls which come with either a salad or soup. I had the Alaskan roll & the Spicy Tuna. The fish was fresh and delicious. We also split the Sumo Roll and it was delicious! Our server was very attentive and did a great job. Definitely recommend if you enjoy sushi!

This place was fantastic! The portion sizes were large, the server was friendly and accommodating and never rushed, even on a holiday like it was! The one cooking our food at the table was full of smiles and had such a fun and friendly performance that kept us laughing and entertained! All around fantastic dining experience and the food was incredible! Go to the place if you get an opportunity to do so!

We have eaten at Fujis quite a few times. We have never been disappointed. The food has been amazing. The atmosphere was perfect. We have been blessed to have a very wonderful and kind waitress, Maddylin. This waitress always seemed to know what we needed next. Thank you to Fugi’s for having a very qualified waitress.. She made our dining out even better. Thank you Maddylin for knowing your job.

We ordered Chicken fried rice and Shrimp Fried rice, the photo below the fried rice implied it came with veggies but it didnt. The shrimp fried rice had 7 shrimps, and the chicken was dry and over cooked.
My sprite smelled like chlorine, and the first time tasted like soap. The waitress was nice and replaced it.
Took almost the entire meal to get out sushi, but the sushi was really good.
Table was sticky.
Overall, we love this place and we’ll probably be back, but tonight was really strange. Genuinely i’d double check your filters because the sprite smelled like chlorine.
