We dined at Fuji for the hibachi and were treated to a wonderful dinner and entertainment. We were sat right away and our server greeted us immediately, he was super friendly and very helpful with the extremely large menu! The rest of the seats filled quickly and the server never missed a beat. We ordered the shrimp and steak along with a sushi roll for appetizer. Our cocktails came out quickly as did our delicious huge salads and the sushi roll came just before the chef arrived. The sushi was a bit too sweet for my tastes but it was okay, we went with the recommendation of our server and didn’t really read the description so our fault! Our chef was pretty quiet, he got right down to business and didn’t really interact much with the table other than the egg bite tossing which I wasn’t a fan of. Others at the table seemed to enjoy it so I think it’s a thing at this restaurant. The shrimp was absolutely fantastic and the steak was good as well. The rice was basically not edible between the massive amount of pepper and then the sweet sauces added while cooking. The tiny amount of veggies were good and cooked perfectly, just portioned so small with only one mushroom, one piece of broccoli, two thin carrot slices and several onion slices. All in all, the experience was nice and the food was good, definitely recommend for a night out!

We took our whole family here for dinner on a Friday night. Even during peak hours it was full but with a good vibe and energy not feeling crowded. They did good a good job with pacing and cycling through customers. The food was top tier. The ginger salads had superb dressing – amung the best I’ve had. I ordered the Filet, Chicken, and Shrimp which was cooked perfectly and extremely flavorful. I even caught the egg! I tried a bite of someone else’s sushi which also was excellent. They even gave us a military discount. 10/10 would recommend.

My Wife and I joined my Son and daughter-in-law at the Fuji Japanese Steakhouse in Fort Smith, AR this past Friday night. Pulling in we realized from the packed parking lot that we might have made a mistake, but we decided to go on in anyway. To our amazement, they were able to seat us immediately since they had tables for small groups of four like us. (Most of the crowd was with large groups celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, so it really worked out well. Bottom line we had a wonderful meal. The service was excellent and fast, and the food was as always very good. Yes, we have been here before but never took the time to leave a nice review, Now it’s done. I highly recommend them.

***Adding to an old review (changing ⭐️⭐️⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️): We’ve been here numerous times over the past couple of years. Our teenager isn’t interested in sitting at the hibachi grill anymore (YAY ) so we get a booth. He orders hibachi to our table (lunch prices are fantastic) & I’ll get sushi. It’s still not a restaurant my Husband & I would choose when it’s just the 2 of us, but it’s gotten better since our last review in 2023. A small domestic draft beer is around $7 so it’s not the place to go for that, but overall it’s a decent lunch place for kids/teens.
(10/2023):Pan fried pork dumplings are 5 stars. Shrimp was great. Draft beer isn’t cold enough. Our waiter was awesome.
We take the kids here occasionally & they think it’s fun to sit at the hibachi grill. The taste & quality of the food served, though, is not the greatest. With that said, we’ll continue to take kiddos here, but if it’s just my Husband and I- this would be one of the last places we’d choose.

This has become one of our favorite places to eat at. We normally would only go to Fujis on special occasions but their order in and carry out option makes it super convenient for when you want good food but don’t feel like dining in. Hibachi steak and salmon is our go to! The staff is polite and helpful always!
