The reason people go to Fuji or other Japanese steakhouse and sit at grill is for the whole show and fun . I don’t know if my “chef” was new or what but no name tags on them so can’t say avoid his table cause it was all about getting food cooked and getting back on break with this guy. I had a 6½ people here for the fun and food. 1st time for the youngest and it wasn’t a memory. I guess from now on ask if you will have a great Chef or a rush job! Only reason marked service with 2 stars…….. I am updating my review( to 5 stars instead of original 3) to say that this restaurant strives to ensure that their customers have a great experience. The management called me after I provided my number after their follow up and was a good conversation ( a personal and actually concerned manager). I WILL return to Fujis after knowing how much they do care about their customers!!

This place is mine and my husbands new top #1 place in the area. We had good service, good food and it was definitely worth the price. We will be back, and I’d recommend it to everyone else.

I give their food a 3 star bc I have been here 3 times in about 4 months time and every time my steak is messed up. The first time I ordered Fillet and it was their basic steak cut. They said bc Sumos were remodeling and they have some of their cooks and they didnt know. The second time same thing. Today I went ordered a medium fillet and it was a fillet mignon but it was chewy and well done. Everything is great. Service and sushi and sides I guess I shouldn’t order steak anymore

Great example of customer service! Had an incorrect charge on my credit card (which actually turned out to be my error). The staff were so gracious and helpful. Even gave me a gift card!! Not only do I love the food, but I appreciate the kind staff most of all!

Very fast seating and friendly staff. We got miso and sushi obviously lol. The spicy tuna was our fave. The heart attack was second fav, and the last one I can’t remember the name but also very tasty! Recommend you try it once

Fuji’s was really good. There was a slight chill in the restaurant but once the chef started cooking it was comfortable. There were 4 people in my party and we enjoyed ourselves, especially after an experience with time at another restaurant

My rice was not done I’m use to goin hibachi but this was different I’m use to getting a lot of rice veggie and meat and got a kids sample first time ever at this restaurant waitress was fantastic but the cook booooo I paid all that money for bs want be back if you want good hibachi go to Akitas in Southaven Ms

Nice hibachi restaurant in the middle of Jonesboro. They have the typical fare you find at similar restaurants with hibachi, sushi,and other Asian foods. They have the option to sit in front of a grill and have a chef prepare it in front of you or have regular table service. The food and service have always been good. They have a bar and alcoholic drinks, if that is your thing. Good restaurant and would visit again.
