I have been wanting to check out Fuji and after my visit for lunch today, I am completely BLOWN AWAY by the huge selection of fresh sushi, seafood, and hot Japanese specialties. Best buffet around!! I was not sure if there would be a smaller variety for lunch but not to be fooled, the options are endless and the employees were constantly out refilling trays and cleaning the buffet area. There were at least 13 different varieties of sushi rolls (some raw, some cooked and tempura) plus the sashimi. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious! For $20.95 I left full and completely satisfied for the quality and value. The salmon sashimi, mussels, and fresh shrimp (served with tail and head-on which is better for optimal flavor and moisture) were just a few of my favorites! Helen took wonderful care of me and made sure the empty plates were cleared promptly. The cocktail menu is fire- literally, if you order the volcano which I highly recommend!

I came in with my family on a Sunday, and it was very busy, which we understood. Unfortunately, a lot of the main dishes were not available, leaving mostly filler dishes out during the rush.
That said, our favorite items were the salt and pepper squid and the sushi—they were really good. My suggestion would be to make much more of the popular dishes during peak rush hours, at least 5x more, so guests have more options.
On a positive note, our server was great and very fast. Overall, decent experience, but the food availability during busy times could definitely be improved.

Big variety of salads , meats, fish seafood, fried food, ice cream , and big showcase of sushi so it’s really recommended specifically for sushi lovers.

I came here with my boyfriend for our 10 month anniversary and we had a wonderful time! The food was SOOO good and SOOO fresh. I had a great server that was very friendly and enthusiastic. She would always come to refill my tea and collect my dirty plates. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

Fuji Buffet absolutely blew me away. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive—drinks were always refilled, plates were cleared quickly, and everyone had a genuine smile. The food selection is unreal: super fresh sushi, perfectly cooked seafood, flavorful hot dishes, and a dessert bar that actually delivers, not just looks good. Everything tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant, not “just a buffet.”
Honestly, the quality, consistency, and service here are on a different level. Fuji Buffet deserves to be rated a Michelin star restaurant in my book. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Solid buffet with variety from fried food, Chinese cuisine, fresh sushi and even a little dim sum. Very busy and lively for a Sunday evening. Some of the walls were a little bit dirty from previous food spills or party (doubles as an event center) but didn’t take away from food.

The food was so good and had so many different options. Their spicy California rolls were honestly really good and perfectly spicy, not too much and not too little. Their service was awesome too, a wonderful waitress came in and refilled drinks, asked about our experience and if we liked the food and overall attentive. There’s a tv in the room that the whole family enjoyed and it’s perfect for the holidays if you guys are festive and want to play music.

Fuji’s Japanese Buffet is a very great place to go and sit and eat with your family. The food is amazing, fresh, and well seasoned. The customer service is wonderful and the workers are very nice and communicative. The overall atmosphere was very nice the Buffet was nice and big with different variety’s of food. I really enjoyed myself!!
