Everyone complaining doesn’t know what they are talking about. Look at this huge helping of spicy teriyaki chicken with friend rice and filled with flavor. It was only $8 so don’t expect organic chicken people. Friggin McDonalds charges more for their trash food. Also all your other options for food in this mall are all trash food – fried chicken, fried potato, fried hot dog, pizza, burger.

I tried this place over a week ago when visiting Cottonwood and the food was very delicious and the service was very nice! I don’t know why lots of people are complaining, we absolutely loved this place and we will definitely get food from there again if we plan on going back to the mall.

Please do avoid this place. Meat is beyond cheap, the lemonade is very bad. To make the story short, my sister and I couldn’t eat this food, trash food. Not worth a penny. We threw everything in the trash.

My sister and I have loved this place since we were kids but we will not be coming back after some bad customer service today. One of our plates was the complete wrong order so we let them know. They said if we wanted the right order we would have to pay for a whole new plate and the cashier was telling my sister that she needs to pay attention to what she is doing because she took the wrong order BUT the cashier and 2 other employees all told my sister that it was her order to take a few minutes before.

I grabbed the shrimp and beef plate with fried rice. They cooked the meat in front of me and the food was still yummy after the hour long drive home. Their cabbage included in the place was so good and needless to say I ate the whole thing.

They put cook fresh right before you. The chicken was not fresh just reheated on the grill. When I asked if I could get fresh food the man working just wanted to argue that it was fresh cooked while admitting that it wasn’t at the same time. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat here.

Food was gross. I don’t take time to write reviews usually but it was horrible. Rice was sooo grossly chewy. Chicken had no flavor. I politely went to complain and server put more chicken on my plate…that i strictly said I didn’t want because I was already disgusted. I did want my money back but he said I couldn’t do that. It was gross dood!! You cooked the food all wrong, and it was your fault why can’t I get my money back?? Will be calling back tomorrow cuz that is some boojay shenanigans!

The food was trash, had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. No amount of salt or pepper could fix that. They say “cook fresh” but the problem is there is literally no seasoning. I got the Chicken Udon Soup and honestly it was the worst Japanese food I’ve have. Avoid this place at all costs.
