This Fuji is more like a fast food place. No service after you order. The portions are smaller at this Fuji and served on plastic plates and silverware and styrofoam cups. Not as nice as the other locations but it is quick! Found a shrimp tail in my food here and that’s never happened at any other Fuji!!

We come to this location at least 3 times a month. Never had a problem. Today the sodas tasted like soap. I called and was offered more soda… The man who answered the phone advised me they clean the soda machine weekly, recently cleaned it, no one was supervising or available in case of emergencies, and refused to tell me what they clean it with in case I had a medical response to the chemicals they use. I tried calling the Westgate location and got the same run around. They act like they don’t understand what I’m saying. We will never eat at these facilities again and I will be placing a health department complaint.
Update: Despite claims that Spartanburg water is having an issue, Chic-Fil-A across the street has no soapy taste and neither does my home less than a mile away. Regardless, if this were the case, one would think staff would be aware and prepared to professionally respond to complaints or issues of the nature to maintain customer service and retention.

I really enjoy eating from Fuji Restaurant . The service is fast, friendly, and accurate. Whenever I come here there’s never a long wait time and the staff are so polite and professional! I would highly recommend anyone to eat here if they like Japanese Hibachi!

Always fast and won’t break your wallet. They load the plates up with food, so u can easily get 2 meals out of one plate or share if your on a budget. But for a fast food Japanese plate, it’s solid.

I don’t live in the area but the reviews were pretty good so I asked a coworker to bring me some veggies. The veggies were overcooked burned and looked like leftovers from the grill. The picture looks better than the actual food itself smh.

This location is my favorite Fuji. The food is always hot and delicious. I like that there isn’t a ton of grease in the food here, like there is at many of the other Fuji locations. They have the best quantity for the best price. Only $7.00 for this plate of hibachi chicken!
