We went to Fuji Sushi and Hibachi for a family dinner and had a great experience. The restaurant has a very nice, welcoming vibe, and the service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the presentation was well done. Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience, and we will definitely come back.

Cant remember if i got the kiss of fire or the fire cracker roll but it was pretty good. Had a good crunch to it cuz it was a deep fried roll. The noodle lover hibachi was excellent. Just dont put wasabi on there (i have learned the hard way and it was on me for doing that). Their old fashioned was quite alright as well. Jared was a good server as well

Fuji Hibachi & Sushi – Idaho Falls was a great experience from start to finish. They were accommodating and got us in FAST, which we really appreciated.

Our server was attentive without hovering, and our hibachi chef was awesome, fun, and engaging. The food was excellent — we had the filet mignon with chicken and shrimp, and everything was cooked perfectly. Portions were generous, flavors were spot on, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality. Wish I recalled our servers names.

Quick note for management: the only area I’d love to see improved is the plastic drinkware, silverware, plastic sauce cups, and to-go bags. An upgrade there would really elevate an otherwise excellent dining experience.

Overall, fantastic food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Five stars and we’d absolutely return.

I visited Fuji Japanese Steakhouse in Ammon today with my family and found a piece of metal in my food — I almost swallowed it. When I showed the manager (Ceaser), he didn’t apologize or seem concerned. He told me there’s “metal in the rice because of the sushi roll,” which was shocking to hear. Our server, Jen, was kind throughout most of the meal, but things went downhill after this happened.

Even after finding metal in my food, they still handed me the check and expected me to pay for the meal. No apology, no refund, and no sense of responsibility. This was incredibly disappointing and honestly unsafe. I hope they take food safety more seriously before someone gets seriously hurt.

Literally one of thr most amazing Hibachi and Sushi spots you could ever go to! I love going here to celebrate special occasions, and their food is DELICIOUS! Service is also outstanding as well! I highly reccomend Lobster to the hibachi, and the light, fluffy, chocolaty dessert!

My husband and I have a handful of favorite places in Idaho Falls, but this restaurant is the one we always come back to. It’s our go-to spot and it never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They genuinely have the best wait staff in town. We have to give a special shoutout to Jeremiah. He always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He’s welcoming, knowledgeable about the menu, and makes every visit feel personal and special.

Beyond disappointed. My wife and I chose this place for our first Valentine’s Day dinner expecting a special night, and it turned into a complete letdown. Yes, it was busy we understand that. But there is absolutely no excuse for waiting over two hours just to be seated and finally get our drinks. That’s unacceptable by any standard.

To make matters worse, the food was mediocre at best, and we didn’t even receive what we ordered. After all that waiting, you’d think at the very least the order would be correct. It wasn’t.

When we tried to address the situation with the manager, nothing was done to make it right. Comping a tiny portion of the meal after ruining an entire evening is honestly insulting. It felt dismissive and careless.

This was supposed to be a meaningful night for us, and instead it was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. First and last time we will ever come here. If you can’t handle the volume, then don’t overbook. And if you make mistakes, at least have the decency to properly fix them.

Four of us came in for a hibachi lunch. One in our party hadn’t ever been to a tepanyaki restaurant before. We were placed with a group with small children.

The server handed us the menus as she asked what are wanted to drink and if we wanted appetizers. We kind of guessed what we wanted since we didn’t get a chance to look over the menu. We would have ordered more but the rush put us off.

The service after that was attentive and prompt. The food came out after a relatively normal wait time. The cook was serviceable but not very engaging or exciting. (Love the fireball and flames!)

The food, overall was good – not particularly stellar, but not bad. The portions were large on the rice and small on the proteins, but that’s to be expected. The steak was just okay but the shrimp was perfectly cooked and delicious.

The sushi was amazing. The shrimp fried and chicken fried rice wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t bad but It did not have veggies or egg and it seemed as if they chopped maybe 2 shrimps into tiny pieces and spread them into the rice. The portion size was great but no ingredients in it other than rice.

We ate there there twice during our two week stay it was so good. Veran was our server both times and she was just personable and attentive. Most sushi places don’t have a full bar but they do. We’ve never seen such huge pieces of Salmon Sashimi. Definitely recomend!
