Food was delicious and service was amazing. They were very attentive to my shellfish allergy and made sure nothing had any allergens in it. It was cool for tech students to get a discount too! I thoroughly recommend this place.

whole place has a slightly suspect smell… but is quickly overpowered by the smell of hibachi once you start to get your food. the soup and salad that comes with the hibachi was not great, and the fried calamari was a disaster, stringy and tasted like… pancakes? HOWEVER when our main entree came out we were pleasantly surprised, both the hibachi and the sushi were beautiful and delicious. my expectations weren’t high due to the quality of the food that came before but the entrees really redeemed this experience. service was also fantastic, our server was attentive, quick and polite. i’d recommend the sushi and hibachi if you’re in the area but do yourself a favor and skip the appetizers

OH MAN, was this a great experience. We ordered the Steak Hibachi for 2. MHH. It was some of the best filet mignon I have EVER eaten.
I believe all the sauces are homemade in-house and are just as good as the main dishes.
This meal for 2 was definitely plenty of food–comes with soup, salad, sushi roll, and the hibachi plates.

They do traditional hibachi (we’ll be going back for that next time!) but our first visit here was due to a need for sushi! Our order was taken quickly and the food for three people came out quite quickly. If you read this and then go look at their menu pic 1 is the Mermaid roll and pic 3 is a classic Crunchy Shrimp roll. As soon as you walk through the door a vivid specials board greets you with names and descriptions of their seasonal items, when we went most of them were Halloween related and they all sounded so good we took a decent amount of time trying to decide if we were ordering from the board or the menu . Pic 2 is of the Spooky roll and the piece I traded for was just as delicious as mine!
I feel like you can taste higher quality ingredients (fish, for sure) in the sushi and I have no doubt we’ll be back again for sushi AFTER we have hibachi, that is!

This place is awesome. My first time here (last week) and I opted for a regular table where I had a pleasant experience eating sushi etc. My second time here (tonight), I arrived specifically to have the teppanyaki experience. What a treat! I ordered the sea and land and had a terriffic time watching our chef prepare our meals with a lot of charisma. He popped vegetables in our mouths and I drank about 60 seconds worth of sake from his bottle from about 6′ away, gaining the well-earned respect of the other diners. Entertaining, yummy, and worth every penny.

I am very satisfied with this place. The service was good, the food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend sitting at the grill because the cooks are so friendly. Compared to other places that offer hibachi like this, this place is priced very fairly. My wife and I shared the Fuji Special, with shrimp and filet (the best part). We also got the crabstick tempura roll and all of it was outstanding. For your salad, I would get the shrimp sauce instead of the ginger dressing. The tea was also good and sweet.
