Very large portions! The staff was kind and quick. The restaurant is clean. The steak was a tad dry but still flavorful. The bowls do not disappoint and definitely big enough to share with 2 or 3 people. We will definitely be ordering again.

I miss Red River Coffee Shop, but I’m also happy to see Fuji! The vibe is so clean, classy and feels more like a coffee shop than a restaurant which I love! The food wasn’t special, it was general poke bowl shop but the portions were pretty generous. I also really liked the kiosk order system!

I had the Salmon Lovers poke bowl, crab rangoons, and Thai tea. Reasonably priced, fresh delicious food, crab rangoons stole the show!! The dipping sauce was a surprise and elevated an already delicious rangoon. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I had a chat with the chef- he really puts his heart into the food he prepares and it shows. I’m happy they have come to South Fargo with Fuji and looking forward to my next visit.

It was so delicious!!!! I got the volcano bowl and it was packed with fresh ingredients and a bit spicy but all the flavors blended so well, big portion also! My parents got hibachi dishes and they were also delicious. The meat was cooked well and had a nice grilled flavor! Super friendly staff as well and cute decor! Def try this place out. I’ll be back!

Great tasting food. Very large portion. The specialty bowl did have a ton of rice – more than I cared for. Taste was great and I will be back. Most likely will create my own, though. Cheese rangoons were perfectly stuffed and crispy. Didn’t skimp on the filling! Pictured is volcano bowl, rainbow bowl, and cheese rangoons.

Owner was very friendly and explained all the current deals. The food came out fresh & hot. Definitely worth the money for the amount you get. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. I would highly recommend, you try out their food. It was so good, I ate first without taking a picture.

Food was great. Made a custom bowl with salmon, spicy tuna, and crab as well as a hibachi chicken platter and it was all phenomenal. Great portion sizes, super cutely decorated with a sweet fountain with phenomenal service to match! Absolutely recommend checking them out! Prices were also super reasonable ~$15/person

This was my first poke bowl ever. I got the tuna lover bowl. The topping to rice ratio was awesome. Everything seemed super fresh and it was very tasty. I prefer this over sushi now! They make sure not to over sauce and do have extra sauces In case that is your preference.
We did head back for more! The volcano bowl was also delicious and my husband loved their fried rice. The miso soup was under seasoned though and tasted only of water. So far, that was our only issue.
