Great place to get Japanese food. I got the chicken yakamesi The food came out really fast. The portion sizes were like any other hibachi place. Chicken was pretty good. The fried rice was a little on the mushy side. I would come back.

I have had filet hibachi steak tougher than Fuji’s steak. Unbelievably tender and flavorful. My wife had the shrimp, equally as good. Fuji doesn’t have all the dishes, the atmosphere is simple and food is served in Styrofoam. The flavor and quality of the food more than make up for the lack of glass and atmosphere!

So glad that we have a sushi restaurant in Ellisville! I enjoy the salmon rolls and the dancing eel roll. Food always come out fast and exactly as I ordered it. Dining area is casual, but clean. Music isn’t too loud.
