Fuji Hibachi Express provided excellent food and service for dinner last night. Beef lo mein was delicious, especially since fresh vegetables such as carrot and celery peals were incorporated significantly to add good flavor and nutrition that complimented the beef and noodles. Portions were generous, and the desert was “icing on the cake.” It seems to be fairly popular, as there was a constant stream of take-out guests, but the manager and his kitchen colleague(s) were really on their toes, taking good care of all of us.

I’ve gotten food multiple times from here and it is always fantastic. I’ve ordered takeout many times and dined in for lunch a few times. The food is always made fresh and very quick. If you are looking for some good hibachi, then this is the place.

This was definitely a nice surprise and way more delicious than expected. GD was an amazing server and cashier and the food was absolutely delicious and made fresh to order. 10/10 recommend will be back for sure!

We had a great experience here and the portion sizes were generous. Ambiance was nice and the store was cute and well done. We definitely ordered more than necessary, but the leftovers from here reheat very well. The staff was nice and prompt and the food came out so quick and you can tell it was all made to order because all the food was super steamy throughout the whole meal.

The service was so speedy! The kind man who welcomed us was nice and accommodating. We ordered, sat down, and had our food and drinks within 10 minutes. I ordered the chicken hibachi with clear soup and the salad. It was fantastic to have only been $14.

Sesame chicken was good. Lo Mein had a nice amount of vegetables. I’ve never had brown egg drop soup before (definitely didn’t taste like Hot and Sour either) and it was rather bland so not sure I would order again. Quick service and very friendly and clean place.

We were out searching for Orange Stoli vodka. Which we found at Hill Top Liquors when we noticed this restaurant next door. We went inside and looked over the menu to decide on something for dinner. My wife has been looking for a good hibachi chicken with vegetables ever since we left Wilson, NC. It comes with chicken, rice, noodles as a side, a side salad, mushroom soup, and two yum yum sauces by default. There is no to go surcharge. I ordered the pepper steak with fried rice, which was also good. We were told that Chinese menu selections were coming soon. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.
