I ordered from this restaurant on DoorDash; Maybe they were having a bad day because the quality of this sushi is so low. I believe I’ve had grocery store sushi better than this! The fish was sour and tasted almost rotten. The rice is also way too vinegary and doesn’t hold its shape well. I’m not trying to be a hater but to spend 30 for such low quality sushi seems like a scam. Praying for this place! -Signed a sushi lover!

Placed an order for steak and chicken with an extra side of chicken. They charged me $28 for some unflavored chicken and steak with white rice and I did not order white rice. Looks like it was yesterday‘s food because they were ready to leave mind you this was at 7 o’clock

New place. Not terrible pricing. We had 2 of the pick 2 specials for $9.99 and the sesame chicken was FRESH and delicious. The steamed Gyoza wasn’t big bit still really good. Definitely give this place a try.

I did a online order, the food was decent but NOT worth $60. My husband got hibachi chicken and he said it was rubbery and tasted like soap. I ordered chicken friend rice on all three plates and got white rice on all three instead.

Fusion Hibachi on Market Street in Greensboro has numerous problems. It cost me $32.48 for 2 teriyaki chicken entrees priced on the menu at $9.99 each and a salad marked on the menu as $2.5 and a canned drink priced on the menu as $1.25. On my calculator, that comes to $23.73 not including tax. When I questioned the amount the lady who had very poor English language skills said the menu was old and they are waiting on new ones. I told her it’s illegal to charge more than she is advertising. She kept rambling about how rent is going up and they have to pay extra for the parking lot. I told her again it’s not right to show menus all over her counter and then the to go menus that don’t come close to what she is charging. Everyone that checked out ahead of me had something wrong with their order and had to wait for corrections. I got distracted from my order because of the overcharge but I checked my order in the car and they had forgot the soda I paid for and they had put brown rice that looked like white rice with soy sauce in my order instead of the women I ordered. I went back in to get the drink and correct order. She gave me a half portion of lomein instead of the full amount and told me I could keep the rice ( which I did not want). I tossed it when I got home. I will never go here again.

Placed online order at 8:35pm for steak & shrimp hibachi with noodles. I arrived at the store at 8:50 pm. My order wasn’t ready. they haven’t started on it yet I’m assuming they didn’t know that they had an online order so I was patient. They close the store @ 9:30pm. i feel like my food was rushed , the meat taste like it was just tossed in pan for 10 seconds and my noodles was so overcooked they was mushy. I wouldn’t mind waiting for some fresh, quality food but to order ahead, still have to wait on the food ,and spend my money on something that went straight in the trash was so disappointing. Won’t be coming back for a while if at all & Ive been a loyal customer for years.

I went to Fuji hibachi yesterday after work. I should’ve looked at the menu because I was highly disappointed in the presentation, quality, and quantity of food I recieved. I ordered hibachi chicken I have never got white rice with hibachi, on the phone she stated I ordered previously in December but I have no recollection and I highly doubt I ate it, but her comment was white rice was in the tray then. The rice was very sticky and mushy, there was about 12 pieces of tiny diced chicken with little to no flavor, and the vegetables were not seasoned much at all. I spent and wasted $11.73, the owner or woman who worked in the front said she would replace the meal. However, I just will not be returning. I already was skeptical on eating here but I was hungry and I couldn’t even eat the food or the thought of eating it made me upset.
Edited: March 18th, 2025: as stated previously I will not be back at the establishment. The owner left a comment which did not help there case. Your white rice was dry and the tray was not edible. Goodbye

O Harden
I was a loyal and regular patron of the previous restaurant in this location. I’ve since tried this establishment on several occasions. On each visit I’ve been disappointed. Whether it’s veggies not prepared right or rice undercooked I just can’t win. Even the white sauce needs work. I wish you well in your business but I will not be back.
