We were skeptical about eating out since good food is hard to find and regrettably we were right!!!☹️ Preparing the food took way too long for what we received! Rice looked and tasted like it was mixed, old clumps with new, no egg, very little vegetables and meat, 2 white sauces were old 1 new by color and taste. The egg rolls were burnt (blackened). The meals had no flavor to them! Servings were smaller on everything, prices were higher and we ended up throwing both meals $$ away!

First time being there. Stopped in for a quick bite was told to sit anywhere. Waitress was friendly seemed to be slightly in a rush. The sweet tea was really good I don’t like overly sweet tea and it has the right amount of sweetness for me. The food wasn’t bad it just wasn’t fixed the way I like it if that makes sense. The egg roll was a bit on the greasy side which I’m trying to stay away from so much grease these days. It was the size of a spring roll just longer.
Whatever the noodles are cooked in , seemed to be a tad much used on it because it took away the flavor of the actual food all I tasted was whatever sauce or oil it was cooked in. I actually ended up taking my noodles home and cooking some of the sauce off of it so I could finish it and taste the flavor of the food. The place seems to be clean. I’m not a fan of hearing employees’private conversations of what’s going on behind work scenes. I would definitely suggest it not be done in hearing distance of customers because its a bad look. As I always say go try it for yourself and form your own opinion.

I have not eaten here in years and used to LOVE it so i decided to go there today. The food was not good and overpriced. The yum yum sauce cups are EXTREMELY small for to go so i had to pay $1 extra per cup after 1 which was not even close to enough and it was not good at that. My rice was burnt as well as the egg that was in it. I ended up spending basically $17 for myself and i threw it away.

38 minute wait for a call in. When I arrived there was one family eating in. The only thing worth eating on my hibachi chicken plate was the chicken and it was dry. The rice was gumy and I had one half of a piece of mushroom. The yum yum sauce was absolutely disgusting. Sorry folks but being charged 23.45 for two plates of food that we didn’t eat is not what I’d call a good dining experience.

this was one of the first restaurants i’ve been to thats local to rockingham. the waitress my husband and i had was absolutely amazing and had great energy! the food was delicious, we hadn’t been here before so the waitress had the chef make us one of their philly cheesesteak egg rolls which was to die for. 10/10 recommend coming here and will be coming back.

Checked out the newly remodeled Fuji Grill. New owners. This is only Fuji Grill in name. All the food has changed. It is mediocre at best, but you now pay and arm and a leg for it, like you were going to a Japanese steakhouse. The menu is eclectic. You got some Japanese, Chinese, and American cuisine. None of it was good. It was ok. Do not waste your time or money coming here hoping to get the amazing food it used to have. We got a shrimp hibachi, chicken teriyaki, and spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The shrimp was rubber, yum yum sauce is pretty much just mayo, rice was under cooked, veggies were almost raw, chicken was dry and hard, the chicken sandwich was also dry and hard, the fries were good though, but it is hard to mess up fries. We also got the potstickers, those were bomb. We also got 2 egg rolls, I don’t know who thought it would be a good idea to put dry chicken and desiccated beef together into a greasy egg roll, but it was terrible. Y’all should have just kept the original Fuji Grill food. You would get more repeat customers that way. We will not be back.

Excellent food! Excellent service! They don’t give you as much veggies for your money as the Hibachi place across the street if you order side veggies, BUT you don’t have to wait any where near as long. In fact, if you call in, you can basically walk in, pay, grab your food and leave.

In my opinion I think the prices could be a little lower. Other than that the food is fantastic. It is prepared made to order, very fresh. Not like some other Japanese restaurants where the food is pre-cooked. It is in my opinion the best place in Richmond County for Japanese Cuisine

We have returned to rockingham and it is very good. Too many restaurants are far to cold to enjoy your meal. This place has the ideal temp as well as great tasting food and really trying to keep up with the pains of this covid and the strikes against them all.
