We dined in after a long walk around the island. The food was amazing. We’re coming back for more! There was a small incident in the beginning, but they changed the server without us asking, so everything went smoothly after. The terrace needs a little work, more comfortable seating and leveling tables. And going back to the food, everyone should try the Tiger Rolls! Wow!

Very delicious sushi for a decent price! We got the lunch special which was less than $20 per plate. I got the Any Two Rolls with tuna avocado roll and spicy salmon roll. They were both very flavorful. The wasabi and ginger were also delicious and fresh. My mom got the sushi and roll combo, and the salmon nigiri was very soft and umami.
Service was also great. The restaurant itself is very small but we were able to find a seat without reservation.

It’s a small space, but it has a very large menu! They offer many options at good prices for the lunch specials, so for any trip to Roosevelt Island, this is a necessary place to take a pit stop! The dutiful servers provided ample menu recommendations, and our server even ran after us down the island after my friend forgot their credit card in the booth!

I went for lunch. excellent portions and good taste.
My dad ordered a Salmon teriyaki lunch, 10/10
My mom ordered a Shrimp tempura lunch, 9/10 (she wanted more flavors)
I ordered 1 shrimp Avocado Mango Roll and 1 Shrimp Tempura Roll, 10/10 I loved it!
The only thing that I didn’t like that much was the space, is a small place.
But food was good.

Ate in the outside veranda last year. Service was good, food was so great that we ordered take out 2 days later. I love their extra crispy calamari!
We have eaten here 3 years in a row, every time I visit NY. This year we dined inside, because it was so hot outside. I am so glad the food and the service have remained excellent. I love the shrimp fried rice and the Miso soup!!

Quick and affordable food on Roosevelt Island. If you’re a hungry tourist on the tram, stop by to get some food. I got the chicken soba and shrimp fried rice, which were both pretty good, and it came with a miso soup. The food also came out quick, so you won’t be waiting hungry for too long.

I had a Company dinner so ordered a lot of food. I thought they might be in a hurry with my food, but I found out I was wrong, they take every guest seriously and my food was beautifully presented. The food is visibly fresh. The price is also cheaper than Manhattan. I love this restaurant so much.

What a delightful treat it was to stop in Fuji East for an early dinner while visiting Roosevelt Island! Their combination meals are delicious and offer a lot of variety. Soup or salad, shrimp AND veggie tempura, shrimp shumai, California roll, rice, and your choice of protein on a bed of caramelized onions. This really hit the spot!
