Zero Stars to this place!!!!!Terrible…Terrible customer service. Placed a simple order to go that turned into a nightmare. When calling back to explain that I had received the incorrect food, I was bounced around to speak to so many different people who claimed to be the managers, the assistant managers, and then finally when I got a chance to speak to the boss after 30 mins. She let me know that she was unable to refund my money and that she wanted me to drive 25 minutes back to give them their pork fried rice that they gave me instead of my order. I don’t know how that makes sense but this was the only option I was given they wanted the food back so I could get my refund. I offered to take back the food the next morning since I work nearby if she could do my refund which she said she had no ability to do. I live 25 mins from this place and this was all going to be more of a loss for me with my time energy and gas. The boss lady called me multiple times after the first time we spoke and upon answering the phone said ” may I help you?” like she’s calling me I’m not calling her. !?!?!?! She needs to figure out how to run her establishment correctly. Why ia she calling me if she can’t correct the mistake. They can’t own up to their mistake and make it right for me the customer. No food and no money and lost customer for life due to poor management. Too many chiefs in this horrible place with no power to make things right for a customer. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, TAKE THE ADDITIONAL 15 MIN DRIVE INTO RALEIGH! Fuji China in Knightdale is TERRIBLE AND THE MANAGEMENT ALSO!!!!!

Really enjoyed the food and nice service, and we’ll definitely be back! Liked the dumplings, rice, lo mein, and general tso’s! Good value for the portion sizes at lunch, and we liked getting the fried noodles when we sat down.

Do not eat here. Ordered sesame chicken. Took one bite and almost threw up. Tasted terrible and absolutely no chicken. Tore every piece up and found no chicken in the entire dish. Just fried breading. If I could give zero stars I would.

Food is okay, but the asian woman owner is very unpleasant and rude to me each time I visit as if she dislikes me. Not sure why as I haven’t personally done anything to her but be a regular customer who orders the same thing each time. I do understand that she always seems to be overworked and short staffed, but that does not mean you take it out on the customer. I will miss the crispy sweet and sour chicken, but I can no longer ignore the unwelcoming energy she gives.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars because it was the most disgusting Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life! I threw it out after the first bite! I ordered General Tso’s and the fried chicken combo. As you see in the photo, there’s no chicken, just a whole bunch of breading! The broccoli was so brown, it looked like it’d been sitting out in the chicken juice for days! Don’t eat from here, I repeat, DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD! Oh and the lady up front was rude to the gentlemen before me!

Have tried a bunch of Hibachi pleaces in the triangle but have never tried fuji before, And let me just say lmao I will NOT be back here. If you want the Hibachi Chicken Go elsewhere, $13 for a huge plate of rice with 7 little pieces of chicken? I was excited when the guy handed me the bag until i got home to find out that its only because 90 percent of it was rice, smh
