First time there. Very enjoyable. Food was excellent. I had the hibachi chicken.Waited about 20 minutes on a Saturday night. I thought that was great. The service was excellent also. Bartender was super friendly when we had to wait even though we didn’t get drinks. I highly recommend Fugi in Jefferson city.

Love going here for date night and sitting at the hibachi grill. Fully of laughter and jokes the whole meal. Only thing is we don’t care for their crab rangoons – a little too sweet for our taste.

The Tropical roll and Phoenix roll were the most unique rolls I have ever tried! The strawberry sauce on the Tropical Roll blew me and my friends away. The crunchy Phoenix had a nice heat and unique indescribable flavor! I would order both again! The rest of the food was great! Miso was a little untraditional with the mushrooms but still pretty good! The steak wasn’t all the flavorful could have been more rare but still decent. And the sumo roll was good but I’ve definitely had that kind of roll before, nothing unique there but great!
Service was great! Nothing over the top but we didn’t ever feel forgotten and the food came out fast! And the presentation was a nice touch.
The atmosphere is kind of crowded but not enough to deter me or ruin it! The fish tank in the front of the store needs more decor. I hate seeing fish swimming around in nothing but glass and water.

We had a great lunch there today and everyone was very happy, especially my mamá.
We had vegetable tempra and age fried tofu for appetizers and they were both A+!
My rolls were delish and my vegetarian sister enjoyed her seaweed salad and her own order of tofu.

This is our go-to Japanese in the area. Mom loves the salmon bento box and I’m a fan of the vegetable tempura and age tofu. Service is consistently good and the restaurant has a chill,enjoyable vibe.

Great place to eat with the family. The kids always like to eat at the grill and see them put on a show while cooking. The food has always been really good and the usually give you enough that you have plenty of leftovers. I usually get 2 full meals out of one order. I usually always get their steak but my wife usually gets the chicken and it looks good as well. We have eaten here atleast 6 times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. Thanks for the great food.
