Phenomenal service. Adorable interior. Our waitress was great the owner who came around (i think owner or manager) and he was also great. Wines were plentiful and well priced. We both got the prime rib special who they said would possibly he ran eventually 3-4 weeks. No sub from the salad to the soup. Which is understandable for a special. My only issue was my dirty knife. Id be back anytime. 10/10 recommend.

Fuel Bistro was a cool find! Our server was absolutely phenomenal. She answered all of our questions and she also entertained us with some personal nuggets when she had time. The food was pretty good. We would love to come back and try other things on the menu. The atmosphere was a little bit tougher in the respect that there were a lot of flies. Which was a little annoying. The restaurant was decorated very tastefully though. We wanted to sit outside but we knew that the bees would be a problem. The price seemed to be a little higher than the quality of the food but it was ok. We loved the service enough to be ok with the price. Overall it was a good experience and we will be back.

My husband came here cuz we’ve always been curious about it. I’m really glad we did. Not only do they have a really nice restaurant but they have some pretty good options too. The staff is super friendly too. They make their lemonade by hand and my husband was saying how much I like lemonade but I didn’t order one today. The man behind the counter asked what kind I like the most and I said I like strawberry. I tried my husband’s lemonade and it was really good and then the guy surprised me with a fresh strawberry one. He asked me how I liked it and I did enjoy it and it was super thoughtful and kind. But I do like the regular lemonade better. They’re lemonade is fresh and hand squeezed. My husband and I also tried their mushroom swish which is not on the menu but they tell you about it when you enter. It was delicious. Great environment nice people and great food what more could you ask for.

Fantastic experience at Fuel Bistro & Wine!
I went for lunch with a large group, and the service was unbelievably good. The staff explained the specials, accommodated allergies, and answered all of our questions — they were polite, attentive, and helpful throughout. The food was delicious (I had the turkey club), and the environment was comfortable and easy to talk in. We didn’t have wine since it was a working lunch, but I’ll definitely be back!

Food was good and service was great.

That said, we found it overpriced for what it is. Especially when it’s a literal snack sized bag of chips for your side unless you want to pay for an upgrade. It’s a sandwich/salad place in a strip mall that sells wine.

We found the food hard to physically eat based on its presentation (ie burrata cheese came with very thin bread and butter knives but no other silverware and it was very awkward to manage). They seem to prefer big wooden platter things to plates which kinda makes me wonder how clean things are. They also took up a lot of space on the table (and the table felt cheap, it kept wobbling-sliding around).

It’s fine, but not sure that we would go back unless it’s for takeout.

The Don sandwich was phenomenal. I ordered it exactly how it comes and it was delicious. I upgraded my side to the elk chili, which was also incredible. The addition of cheese curds was a nice touch. Service was great. The space could be a touch more refined given the price point of the sandwiches, and having nutrition info on hand would be a plus. Wonderful all in all, I would go back.

Ridgefield is blessed to have Fuel Bistro. They serve a variety of dishes, but the star attraction are their sandwiches. They’re both savory and delicious. The hard part is choosing which one. After consulting with our waiter, I chose The Gunmen Melt. It has shaved prime rib, Gruyère and cheddar cheese, bacon, horseradish aioli, and spicy bacon jam on grilled garlic Texas toast. Hungry yet? It was fantastic. I would visit more often if Fuel were closer. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars.✌ -VanPort Insider

You can tell this guy takes pride in what he’s got going on and he should. This makes my trip to costco from longview worth it every time. Forget trying anywhere else, I CRAVE these sandwiches. So much variety and unique combos. And the tomato Soup with the pesto on top is chefs kiss. Love this place and seeing it busy!

Went with some coworkers. The service was great and started the moment we walked in the door. I had the grilled cheese with the bacon and fig jam. All I can say is that each bite was go heaven moment. I also enjoyed the Tomato soup. It was a wonderful lunch.
