The food here was alright. It has a decent selection to choose from, but nothing we got was great. The service was a little slow for how few people were there. You need to walk through the casino floor to get to the restaurant, and there’s no barrier to the casino. This meant we ate with slot machines playing loud music nearby and people smoking right by us.

∆∆ UPDATE ∆∆ the food is still great I eat there almost every day for breakfast, and the best part is that it is free. Every morning, because I’m a double Platinum rewards member. It’s delicious food everyday and it starts me out with a strong belly full of food. I don’t know what I would do without it now, thank you so much Hard Rock and fuel American grill.

I just want to shout out the staff. The girl that helped us was so friendly, but more than that, she took care of us the entire time we were there. She went out of her way to make sure we were good. In this day and age you really dont see the kind of customer service she gave. I think her name was Katrina. Im not sure. It was Saturday 8/30/24 at about 7pm. I was so impressed. She was great.

The pictures showing food isn’t related to food Fuel serves or the presentation of what’s served. That food is over cooked, rushed, overpriced, and not at all tasty. I did have a good experience with a desert though. It was pretty expensive I thought but tasted decent compared to the food. I believe tha fuel has changed somewhat wit the items offered and availability served. I asked for coffee one day and I couldn’t get it. What would be awesome would be ice cream treats or something fun. If hard rock Cafe…no…hard rock casino with fuel fast food with increased prices.

So my story starts with me trying to get a piece of pizza but the one under the warmer had been there for obviously sometime and they just had a new pizza come out that was fresh so I asked them can I get a fresh piece and they said that they couldn’t do that that they had to finish the other Pizza first before they can give out the new one listen if a pizza cost that much and I’m the customer and I’m spending money in your Casino and I asked for a fresh piece rather than a old dried out burnt piece then you should probably do that you’d imagine they were rude. And all because of there la k of customer service.

Went there last night, and while in general this was our best experience at Hard Rock, Fuel American Grill was the highlight. Every person there that we interacted with was friendly and even understanding to what i thought was our unusual needs. Food came out quickly. I took it to our hotel room and ate while wife came back later and at that time was too late to eat, so she brought it home and heated it up at home and her exact words were “those cheeseballs were AMAZING” so she was just as happy with hers next day as I was having mine fresh. I say you gotta try the cajun shrimp.

Ate here during winter storm when buffet was closed all weekend. They weren’t excessively busy but it took unusually long to get our food, and when we did, the meatball sandwich just wasn’t that great. Bun was over-toasted yet the meatballs were barely lukewarm.
Overall good experience at the casino, just not a great lunch.

Food is okay. Cashier’s are trash. Tips should def go to cooks. Def needs improvements… With as busy as the hard rock is, with everyone in town bein there, u would think the restaurant would be more than a 1 or 2 star service.
