Service was quick! Drinks, appetizers, and the food were all amazing! You can not go wrong with the enchiladas. They Actually have filtered water for those who do not drink. Which usually that option is not great at most places. The seating is comfortable. I’m usually a booth person but I sat on the side with a chair and it was very comfortable. We also got complimentary Fideo soup !! SOOO GOOD .

Only con was the chips and guacamole. Chips were salted pretty well but they were a mix of good and somewhat stale. Fresh I’m sure they would be amazing. Guac didn’t have much flavoring to it, we added lime juice and salt and it was better.

First time being here. Small menu, but good variety. Our waitress was quick and attentive. The kitchen was fast, and the food was very good. We started with a cup of complimentary soup. Followed that with the queso flameado. I had the loaded quesadilla with the pastor, and my wife had the biarra tacos. The food was very good and the portions were large. I would recommend trying this place out. It was great.

The owners need to make a quick decision about whether they want to be a family friendly restaurant or a rowdy bar. They were not very busy tonight. They did however have three very rowdy men at the bar, who were bring very loud and obnoxious. Tonight would not have been a night to bring your kids. No one asked these guys to try and hold it down some, and for the most part, the staff seemed to join in with them. This caused service to be a little off as well. The sad thing was that even though things were a little slow, the food was great. It was just hard to enjoy your meal with these guys whooping and hollering the whole time. Decide what kind of place you want to be and press that way. You can’t be both and stay open.

Definitely!!!! We were greeted by Noah as soon as we walked in. He informed us to sit anywhere we like and he would come to us. He was welcoming, friendly, joyful, and awesome!Menus are clear and to the point with not too many selections. Which at lunch is good to not waste time trying to decide. The selections cover a wide palate of flavors. We ordered tea that was just right. As we look at the menu, Noah brings us a small sample bowl of Fideo, just like my husband’s grandmother made. It took him back, and it was an emotional experience because she has been gone for 20 years. We ordered the Famous Fuego Fries….flavorful, and with the sauce, it gave a little kick, perfect. For the entree, we ordered Green Chicken Enchiladas and Red Chicken Enchiladas. The taste is smooth, creamy, soft, and the perfect way to feel at home! To accent the Enchiladas, the chef adds beans and rice with her own touch of creativity. It all works well with each other. We asked for the chef to come to our table and had a great conversation with my husband. She was beyond happy we loved everything. We loved her cooking and invited us back every time we were in Odessa. If you miss home and want some REAL HOME COOKING, go visit Tanya Lujan the Owner and see why she reminds us of our Grandmother! You won’t be disappointed, trust me. It’s not pricey either. Oh Yeah, we got Sopapillas to go and they were tasty . We will be visiting every time we come into town!

I thought the food was pretty good. Simple, fresh. The tator tots were not even warm & was like a child’s dish. Would not order again. It was quiet when we dropped in and service was good.

In my opinion, Fuego has the best customer service in West Texas Odessa. As you walk in you are greeted with smiles and great vibes. Victoria, Alexis, and the rest that all works there are all 5 star servers that will give the best service hands down. Highly recommend checking them out
