All the food was very flavorful but my Ribeye was little over cooked on one end. Still great food though, the disappointment was in the Strawberry Lemonade. I asked for just a little ice. It was first brought in a tall glass with a lot of ice. When I asked for a glass with a little ice, I received a smaller glass with about half of the original ice. They should have remade it instead of pouring it into a smaller glass. Not impressed with this, this is why the Service is only 2 stars, they should understand that the customer service should always be first. Not giving excuses that they give only that much. I have been to many restaurants for the same drink, some fresh made every time and others have it premade. Either way quality not what expected and differently not the size that I expected for the price. My wife and daughter have been there several times, I myself will not ever go back there again. You go and make your own review, maybe your experience will be different from mine.

I came here for a work dinner. I was looking for something different. I was very impressed.
The ambiance was nice, elegant actually. The wait staff very friendly and attentive from greeting to seating to eating.
I had the Chicken Mole’ Oaxaca and tortilla soup. Everything was delicious.
I will definitely be back. I suggest you try it as well.

I absolutely love the aesthetics of this restaurant – it’s a beautiful space with gorgeous art that makes the atmosphere really special.
Our server, Juan, was fantastic. He was personable, efficient, and charming, with great recommendations that elevated the meal. The teamwork here is also impressive; the way food is delivered and cleared shows how smoothly the staff operates.
The food itself was delicious – full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The drinks were just as wonderful, both in taste and presentation. I had the purple lemonade and loved it!
The only area I’d suggest improving is the hostess stand. I understand it’s a busy role, but since the hostess is both the first and last person a guest interacts with, a little more attentiveness there would go a long way. That said, it’s a minor note and something that can easily be worked on.
Overall, I’m definitely coming back and will absolutely be recommending this location to friends. Conveniently located right off the highway in Cromwell, CT – it’s a gem worth stopping for!
They have live mariachi on Tuesdays 5-8

Went there for the first time last night. We were warmly welcomed by both the staff and the atmosphere. On a chilly, rainy night it was warm and cozy inside. The decor was delightful with just enough lighting (and it was beautiful), music at the exact perfect volume and spacious seating. Our server Vickie was an absolute delight (and the owner’s daughter). She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot on. The place is immaculate! I thought the price was well worth it. Give them a try for yourself.

We LOVE Fuego!! Food is amazing and reasonably priced. The queso is one of my favorites I get basically every time. Interior vibe and atmosphere is really nice and the staff were all friendly. This has become my go-to spot for sit-down Mexican restaurants. Great for date nights or bringing the family or just sitting at the bar solo.

You’ll be served generous portions of food that’s cooked to perfection, and the presentation…. flawless. Surrounded by vibrant, beautiful decor, I sipped on a tasty margarita as soft Mexican tunes wafted through the air. I had a very pleasant experience as the restaurant is well-managed, and the service was warm and welcoming.

I booked my reservation through Google for today at 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, the host informed me that no booth seating was available and seated me at a dark high-top table. When my husband arrived a few minutes later, he requested a booth and we were then moved to a brighter section near the light tree display, an area with multiple open seats. I found this frustrating and off-putting, as it left me questioning the initial response. Unfortunately, this experience diminished my first impression.
On the positive side, our server, Hilberto, was excellent, attentive, professional, and very kind. Our food was served promptly and hot. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas. While the portion was generous, the dish lacked the vibrant flavor I typically expect from fajitas. The steak had little seasoning or color, though the refried beans were rich and cheesy, and the rice was well-prepared. My husband ordered a chicken burger, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We also shared a calamari appetizer. While the flavor was good, the presentation was mostly lettuce with only a modest portion of calamari, which was unexpected.
Our total came to $80 before tip. While the atmosphere is beautiful and the service commendable from our waitor, the inconsistency in seating from the host, and the underwhelming flavor of the main dish left me disappointed. I ultimately took my meal home to season it myself.

We hadn’t planned on going on Valentine’s day. We arrived before the rush and were seated quickly. After we placed our order my wife realized she forgot to mention no onions. They were very understanding, and did not seem the least bit annoyed. My wife’s drink was excellent and our dinners were out of this world good. Definitely worth the price. We will definitely be going again. I had the forest burrito and my wife had the mole enchiladas

Server was very very nice. Super nice people. Food wasn’t good though unfortunately. The burrito was swimming in some kind of green sauce. The tortilla was extremely soggy because of that. The steak inside the burrito left a burnt taste in my mouth. My nephew’s tacos were very greasy. Refried beans on the plate didn’t look appealing. Left disappointed.
