In 2007, we opened to the idea of creating the best pizza we could in Park City. 18 1/2 years later we are still kicking and doing better than ever. We specialize in fire cooked pizza, along with menu that includes a wonderful selection of Appetizers, Soups & Salads, Italian Sandwiches, Entrees, and Desserts. We have a full bar, draught and bottled beers, Italian themed wine list and Italian sodas to boot. We are the place in Park City that is affordable, with a large dining room and beautiful patio for outside dining. Being off of Main Street we have plenty of parking and are easily accessible. Please come and join us!!!

We came in with a large party of about 13 to 14 people and were glad that Fuego was able to accommodate us at one long table. They clearly have experience handling large groups. Service was organized and efficient, with orders taken smoothly and separate checks provided for each individual or couple. Even though we were the last party there, they did not rush us.
Limoncello Spritzer ($13): I expected this to be light, but it was stronger than anticipated. Still very tasty.
Woodford Reserve Manhattan ($13): Pretty good and not overly strong. Those who prefer a stronger bourbon might disagree.
12-inch Wasatch Wood Fire Pizza ($17) + Vegan Cheese ($3) + Additional Toppings ($2.25 each): The pizza is a good size for sharing between two to three people. We ordered the Wasatch, one of their house specials, made with house-made honey tomato chipotle sauce, mozzarella, pancetta, garlic, fresh pineapple, and cilantro. My husband added seven additional toppings, including ham, basil, Italian sausage, mushroom, pepperoni, red onions, and roasted red peppers. Some of these toppings didn’t feel worth the extra cost. The pizza overall was average, with very little flavor coming through. Considering we had better pizza from a dive bar earlier in the week, this was pretty disappointing.

Been coming here multiple times per month for quite a while. Not sure what was up this time, but the food was definitely not up to normal quality. Got tenderloin tidbits and bbq chicken pizza. Tenderloin was super fatty and no flavor, small pieces. Normally large pieces and a lot of flavor. Pizza is supposed to have garlic on it normally, had none at all. Usually a lot of chicken, this one had like one chunk of chicken for every 2 slices. Very disappointed this time.

The pizza was good but wasn’t as good as it could have been. The sauce didn’t have much flavor. The crust was good but i felt like I was expecting more. The waiter was good!! It was fine but I think I would try someplace else before going back.

Best service I’ve had in Park city! The staff was kind, attentive, and quick. For a busy Saturday night they got us seated quickly and our food came out fresh and quickly. The chicken parmigiana was delicious. The pasta is a little bland and could use some salt, and it’s not the best for gluten free friends, as my sister said it was overcooked and did not have a good flavor. But everything else I had was delicious. Highly recommend the Wood-fired shrimp bake!

We ordered delivery. The food was good. You won’t be disappointed. We had the Caprese salad, Tuscan salad with chicken, Sicilian steak salad with arugula, Fuego Alfredo and 16 traditional pizza. The salads were very good. The bread that came with the Caprese salad was a little soggy. But that is probably because of delivery. The Alfredo was good. The sauce was on the lighter side. The pizza was fine. We are from NY so we are snobby on our pizza. 🙂 I would recommend this place though.

Came for the pizza stayed for the bathrooms! What a vibe…
We got the hot honey, pepperoni and locals favorite Alfredo pizza. it was a surprisingly light pizza with a light flavor complemented by the balsamic the pizza dough here is so good! Hot honey pepperoni was fairly sweet and crispy. Pairing together made for an awesome meal. They have a projector in the restaurant to play whatever sporting event is on and an overall great ambience.

We came here for a team dinner- it was such a fun environment with live music and good vibes. Our server was energetic and engaging, adding to the experience and making it fun for our team. I got the BBQ chicken pizza and the pizza was good but the chicken on the pizza was pretty dry. I would recommend this restaurant still because of the experience, but just wouldn’t recommend the particular pizza. Some of the others got Alfredo and some other pasta dishes which they liked!

We highly recommend Fuego Pizzeria for its delicious food and fantastic atmosphere.This was our second visit to Fuego Pizzeria in Park City, and once again, it did NOT disappoint! We enjoyed the caprese sandwich, meatball sandwich, and a variety of their amazing wood-fired pizzas, including the BBQ chicken, Jupiter pie, and Fuego Blanco. The Jupiter pie was a standout favorite, but honestly, every item was incredible.
Our server, Peter K, was exceptional, bringing a ton of personality and humor to our dining experience. His attentive and lively service made our meal even more enjoyable. Can’t wait for our next visit!
