I’m visiting from California, and my friend recommended this fabulous restaurant — I’m so glad she did! I’d heard it’s one of the most romantic spots to dine, and it truly lived up to its reputation. It was the perfect place to enjoy a special meal with my husband during our trip. The food was excellent, the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was beautiful.
I also loved that the rolls had just the right amount of rice — unlike many places that use too much just to fill the plate. Our favorites were the Brussels sprouts appetizer, the Spicy Mega Tuna roll, and A Star Is Born roll. Well, those were all we ordered, but they’re already our favorites, lol!
I’m so glad we got the chance to dine here as our last meal before our flight — it was the perfect way to end our trip!

I found this restaurant while searching for sushi nearby, and the food was excellent.
Highlights & Must-Try Dishes
• Drink: The “One Night in Tokyo” was a superb, whisky sour-like drink with a nice splash of Luxardo.
• Appetizer: Based on previous Google reviews, I ordered the Dynamite Shrimp. It did not disappoint and is a great start to the meal.
• Salad: The House Salad (Ginger Salad) is uniquely delicious and quite filling. It’s not the typical ginger salad you find at most sushi/hibachi places.
• Entrée: Although I initially came for sushi, I ended up getting the Kaisen-Don (Salmon and Tuna Poke Bowl). It was perfectly spiced and portioned. Be warned: it’s a lot of food if you also get an appetizer!
Overall: The service was great, and the entire meal was delicious. I highly recommend anyone in the area stop by and give this place a try!

Great food but on the pricier side. I visited this place once in 2022 and remember it was great. Visited again this year and the quality is still very good. The minor inconvenience was the slight delay in seating us and the time it took to prepare our food —around 45 mins (very understandable,it was busy) still 5 star to me since i believe that was just minor hiccup on their end and overall still great experience.

My son wanted to go here for his 22nd birthday for lunch. Had to $25/per person reservation fee, don’t really understand for lunch. The service was good, the food was decent, but the ambiance is lacked. It doesn’t seem like they put money back into restaurant. There was blue masking tape on wall behind us. Looked a little dingy and dull. The sushi looked great and tasted good. People on both sides of us were so loud.

My friend suggested this restaurant to take me for a belated birthday lunch. The service was IMPECCABLE!! The environment was nice clean and organized. I was very impressed with this restaurant. The service was outstanding! The entire staff was professional and organized. The food was delicious!!! Did I say…. the food was absolutely delicious! Plus, they waitstaff are attentive and mindful of any allergies. Even took an order of the ‘Audi’ and the fried rice home! I am definitely returning!! Thank you for being such a wonderful and delightful place! Especially when the weather gets warm… I would love to sit outside. I was told they have love music from time to time. I would love to check that out!

We had our anniversary dinner here and throughly enjoyed ourselves. We had dynamite shrimp, tori karaage, sushi, and katsu-don. The food was all delicious and the service was excellent. They even gave us a nice dessert on the house. My only knock is that it’s pretty dark inside and fairly loud when the restaurant is cruised.

The food was good, but the service was extremely disappointing. We were a party of 8, and when 5 of us arrived first, we asked to be seated while waiting for the others who were driving in from far away. Even after explaining that we knew everyone’s orders and would be ordering right away, the host and manager refused to seat us until 6 or 7 people arrived an arbitrary number that doesn’t align with the standard policy of seating once more than half the party is present.
What made it worse is that the restaurant was not busy at all there were plenty of open tables and only a few were occupied, yet we were left standing for over 40 minutes. It felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming, especially since we tried to be accommodating.
The food was good, but the poor service and lack of basic hospitality overshadowed the experience. Wouldn’t recommend this place for larger groups.

The sushi at Fudo never disappoints—always fresh and packed with flavor. We started with the Dynamite Shrimp, which was amazing—crispy, saucy, and full of flavor. For sushi, we ordered the King Kong, Fantasy, and Legally Blonde rolls—all super tasty and beautifully presented.
That said, be prepared for a wait. We waited about 40 minutes for a table, then another 30 minutes for our appetizer, and over 40 minutes more for our sushi. Our server was nice but rarely checked in, likely because of how busy it was. The food is absolutely worth it, but the experience can feel a bit slow during peak hours.
Just a reminder that they do not accept reservations for 2 people which can be a pain!

Food was good but my sushi order was entered incorrectly. I dined in for a bit but took the sushi to go so I didn’t realize it was wrong until I got home. My server was nice, but the host staff could use some work. The hostess working that day was NOT friendly. The restaurant itself was super nice though. Pictured are the Brussels which were to die for

Had the most exceptional dinner at Fudo. Our server Winny was kind and attentive and food came out quickly! The vibe of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming and feels like a perfect date night spot. Went with my sister and brother in law who seems to be regulars of this place, many members of the staff came over to greet us and I cannot overstate the exceptionality of the service. We split the rice cakes and stuffed jalapeños for appetizers and out recommend them both highly. For our rolls we got Fantasy, Avengers, Hot Night, Euphoria, and mission impossible. All were amazing but Fantasy was by far my favorite. This paired with a delicious lychee martini made for the perfect evening! Can’t wait to come back!
