Oh how the great have fallen. The place really isn’t clean. Joseph at the cash register didn’t get the order right. And the buns were cold. (The ticket says Joseph, but the less than competent cashier was a woman, so who knows.)
Upon bringing their errors to their attention, the response was basically to pound sand. They’d scrape off cheese off a patty for a kid who is dairy-allergic, and suggested we pay (again) for what we ordered in the first place. (This was the manager on duty.)
It’s so bad I just laughed. When the incompetence is this bad, it’s best to just never ever come back and spread this reality to others
Stay away. It’s no wonder Fuddruckers is dead or dying.
Funny post script! During the meal, my adult daughter remarks that the 1/2 burger wasn’t a half-pound. And in the way out, I hear a stranger mutter to himself at the condiment bar, “This ain’t no half pound burger.”
You can’t make this stuff up.

The burgers are delicious, but a little pricey. They have a very limited menu of mostly burgers, but I would definitely eat there again because the burgers are thick and juicy and seasoned perfectly. 5 for the taste

$30 for a kiddo burger labelled as a 1/3 lb burger that was overcooked and bland, bland, bland. One order of horribly over cooked fries, the smallest frozen, grocery store chicken strips I have ever seen and one drink. This was absolute freaking garbage. Save yourself, eat elsewhere. Huge disappointment.
Note: We own a burger joint, serve 1/3lb patties ALL DAY and we have kiddie patties, too. This was 1000% not 1/3 lb. patty. All bread, lettuce and pickles. Never again. McDonalds would have been better and that’s not saying much.

Today my husband and I visit Fuddruckers at the fitz casino for the first time. I asked one of the employees which burger should I get and he told me to try the bourbon burger, so I did. I ordered the bourbon burger and my husband ordered the double burger. It was one of the best burger I ever had.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The young man who suggested the bourbon burger came to our table to check and see did I enjoy the burger and I told him it was the best.
We will be back on our next trip.

RIPOFF!!! A whole new staff is needed. The condiments looked old no pickles, burgers were bland, overcooked, we had more bread than meat. I ordered the 6 Buffalo wings for 8.99 attached is what I got. My husband asked where is the other two and the guy told him thats all of it. It was literally PARTY WINGS and one was undercooked! I will never eat at this place again because of the disgusting food, rude staff,and false advertisement.

The Original Fuddruckers had 3 size patties and made their own bread.
Also had 2 pots of hot cheese out (1 was jalapeno) you could put on your burger.
They have hot nacho cheese in back and they put it on my burger for me!
Was still a good burger even though it was only 1/3 pound.

I went to tunica to find a great place for eating and I found this jewel the people were nice and attentive they made my experience much more better than other places I’ve been I would recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends you will enjoy this establishment

They need a new staff. From the manger on down to the employees. All they do is serve you old food while they eat the food. The cashier is rude, and the manager doesn’t care. Food is expensive and cold.
