This was the 1st time we have in a long time. The burgers were good and hot. The onion rings were very good. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.
The only reason I gave a 4 star for atmosphere was it was very cold in the dining area. Overall it was a good experience.

I really love Fuddruckers but there is no longer one anywhere near me. So I was happy to see one while on vacation. The food was really good. There burgers were delicious. The staff was friendly enough, but I am also cutting them some slack for working on New Years eve day. The restaurant wasn’t as clean looking as I would expect, but it was mainly the tables. The condiment bar was very clean and the kitchen area appeared well maintained. Would eat here again!

Went in ordered, pay system ask for Tip, really? For taking our order? Before we know how much or little we enjoy the food and service. Noted 1 other party waiting for food. She appeared bewildered when the called our name before them. (Neither of us could understand what name they called, I went to see.) Got to the toppings bar (EEK!) No lettuce, scrape the tin for all-day there tomato mixture, no sliced onion. Went to apparently the shift manager. He said they had a big party that wiped it out. The party was finishing up getting drinks to go, saying their good byes. They “wiped it out long before we even got our food.” My fries got cold and my bun got soggy waiting for the replenishment of the bar.

Overall, great experience. Location was very clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. The reason for the three stars is simply because for a place that claims to have “the best” burger, I believe that it fell short. The burger was good overall, but definitely not the best. It seemed as though the self-served toppings were what made the burger taste better. Also, the bottom bun was huge. The chili cheese fries were really good! Wife ordered Cajun grilled chicken sandwich which was good and better than the burger.

Went on a Friday night but there wasn’t a long line to order so we thought it would be quick, we were wrong. It took probably close to 45 minutes to get our order of 4 burgers. They were also out of cheddar cheese. They did refresh the toppings bar while we there which was nice. Overall the burgers were bland and not what I remember from years past. And my son had a double ordered medium and 1 patty was medium rare and the other was well done.

We were visiting from out of town and went for dinner because I remembered the chain was in Georgia a long time ago and was sooo good! Burgers and onion rings were my favorite. Ordered mushroom Swiss burger and it came without the mushrooms and onions and the Swiss cheese looked like a piece of plastic that didn’t even melt. Won’t be back .

Everything was so good! The food didn’t take long to make and was super fresh. They season everything and it’s so delicious. It is a bit pricey for a FAMILY (4 people). But overall it’s so delicious and so underrated.

My favorite all time Burger place!! Fantastic tasting burgers, the buns are freshly made and taste every bit of it. Love their shakes too which are scooped out of the hard ice cream, not sprayed out of a soft serve machine. Love those onion rings and the fresh toppings bar.

Very nostalgic visit to a chain that serves up some great burgers. Fuddruckers is one of my very favorite burger places to eat. I love the selection of burgers, as well as all the many toppings that you can add yourself after you receive your burger. Staff was very friendly. Food came out hot and fresh. I love their spuds with some of the hot cheese that is self serve at the counter. Clean friendly atmosphere. Great place for family fun and a good meal. The whole place was clean and the staff are very helpful. Got a chocolate chip cookie and a fudge brownie to go. Would love to come back here soon.
