It’s been years since I dined at a Fuddruckers restaurant. We took the kids to Fuddruckers after the circus. They love cheese burgers. It was their first-time dinner there. They enjoyed it. I had a turkey burger with fixing from the salad bar. See the photo.

I eat at Fudruckers about ones a month. The burgers are good and you have pretty of options on the bar. On this trip I spoke with an employee while at the bar. She was polite and offered to move so I could fix my burger. I told her no, I could wait but thanked her for being so nice.

Every item is fresh and prepared specifically to your order. Then you add whatever you like from the fresh toppings bar. They have their own unique sauces and others that are popularly recognized. Cleanliness is paramount in every part of the restaurant and is constantly ongoing. TV’s provide news and entertainment along with games for the kids. The decor includes music icons like the Beatles. The staff is friendly and there is a bakery which makes fresh cookies, desserts, shakes and ice cream. Any time that I am in Myrtle Beach, Greenville, Spartanburg or wherever there is a Fuddruckers, I make it a point to eat, relax and enjoy the experience. I hope that they will reopen in Columbia, SC someday soon.

This location in Greenville SC needs some major attention. To begin the staff were not busy at all. The food was not good. We requested onion rings but were informed they didn’t have any. The dining area was dirty and needed a deep clean asap. The bar for toppings was almost empty, and no one seemed to care. The seats were torn with padding, which was exposed and dirty. The light fixtures were covered in dust and dirt. I wasn’t brave enough to go into the restroom. The floor needed cleaning with all types of stains everywhere. My advice. Don’t enter.

I came in for lunch and ordered the half pound burger combo. When the server called my name I stood there looking at all these 1/3 pound burgers. And I was advised it was and a 1/2 pound. I have always eaten here and the burger has never been that small,even the bun was tiny. The dough was chewy. I told the manager on duty and to make it better she was going to give us a meal free the next time. Which was fine,the next day my Co-worker and she wanted to get her free meal and I said I did not want a burger but I would get something else and just pay for it. The person that said she was the GM told me I had to get the 1/2 burger then I explained I didn’t want that I would wait and redeem it started to argue with me and asked me for a receipt but I didn’t understand why because she already confirmed it. I let her know I didn’t want to talk to her anymore and i ‘d just speak to someone else. At that point I didnt even want to place an order and she said she was the general manager and I had to talk to her. I told her to just take care of me my Co worker and get her food prepared then walked away.a few minutes she came to bring me a gift card,to appease me but her attitude and approach was all wrong!

They use top grade beef for great burgers. Since you build your own, you can’t really go wrong. If you do, it’s your own fault. Service was fast and friendly. The place is clean and the toppings bar was nice and fresh.

Friendly staff. Not a fan of shredded lettuce on a burger. The onions were sliced too thick. The PA system was too loud, especially the bathroom. Probably try the other place next time.

Love it!! Burger was really awesome!! Cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh! The temperature was just write too! It’s a great atmosphere for family and friends! My overall favorite burger in town!!
