Visited 5/11/25 I order a medium burger. Realize afterwards, I was charged for a large burger. It was good but too much for me. It comes with two patties. The Oreo shake was good. The cookies are individually wrapped so you can’t see what the cookie look like. Shebony came by all the tables and spoke to the guest & took the trash.

I should have listen to the reviews and went across the road. The food here is not worth the price. I ordered a medium rare bacon cheeseburger combo with a medium Oreo shake. I was charged just over $24. The first round my burger was well done and my fries were cold. The second round my burger was rare and I had to ask for my fries. The only good thing about my meal was the shake and even that wasn’t filled like it should have been.

Fantastic place to stop to get Fuddruckers. My wife’s burger was well done while mine was medium rare and they were perfectly made. The chef paid attention to the details and I appreciate that. Service was wonderful and everyone was friendly. The place was spotless even though it’s attached to a small gas station. All the vegetables on the bar were fresh. Two thumbs up!

The service is a bit slow but they look very understaffed so doing the best they could. The food arrived hot, fresh and welll seasoned. The rol was fine but I miss the old fresh made rolls Fuddruckers used to serve.
The atmosphere was not good. All tables, wall surfaces, the floor is extremely worn. The door to adjacent gas station was left open so the restaurant smelled of oil and rubber – not pleasent while eating.
Next time I will, call ahead to avoid the wait and get my food to go. Still a great burger!

Fuddruckers at one time was THE place to get an upscale burger, but times have changed. Seems like they are trying to keep the illusion alive, at least with their high prices. We’re talking $20+ bucks per person for a combo.
I really can’t recommend the whole dining experience at this location. While the burger itself ended up being very good, the service and atmosphere here are lackluster. The “unfriendly” (I’m trying to be nice) person taking the orders couldn’t care less about what you wanted to eat. Just hurry up and give me your order, you’re bothering me was the vibe.
When you’re dropping $20 for a burger, it would be nice to feel like you’re in a place that appreciates your business.
I’ll pass next time and go down the street to Cookout.

This place has been dying a slow death. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Do come if you’re patient and don’t mind a bit of a wait. It’s a shame that they can’t get motivated people to work here. The ingredients for a successful restaurant are here just need to get some motivated people / manager to straighten it out before it’s too late.

Food was cooked perfect..you order rare you get rare, you order medium you get guess what, that’s right medium. No idea what that guy’s post was crying about when he ordered rare. But next they have eliminated all the fixins, a1, cheese both jalapeño and cheddar which sucks, slow very slow but then again it’s cooked as you order so is what it is. Fixing bar they did have was empty. Ice machine was stopped up drain, backed all up. Prices have gotten out of control for what ypu get. 46 bucks for wofe and i, not good.But over all burger was good

Very disappointed in this place, made me feel very unwanted. After a long drive from Maryland to Richmond (3 hour drive) for a soccer game we decided to stop here on our way back with some of the teamates. We were 16 in total. Not sure if it was because we are all LATINOS and your staff WHITE. As we stood in line, the cook came out approaching us in a very unpleasant manner, telling us that he is the only cook right now and how food will take longer to make, which is perfectly fine that’s not an issue, we understand. We are paying not asking for free food. He continues to say I just want to let you guy’s know the food will take longer and there will be no refunds. Umm okay….The way he was expressing himself basically felt like he was telling us to just leave we don’t want to serve you. Just because you have a lot to cook and if the food doesn’t meet our expectation we going to ask for refund? Keep in mind that we were the only customers there, that place was dead empty. Clearly the cook didn’t want to work, guess it was too much for him and his staff to handle. I mean you have a kitchen fully equipped to make more than 10 burgers at a time as well as more than 1 fryer to make fries. He clearly didn’t want to work nor serve us, so we left and took our business next door to Chick-Fil-a where we were welcomed. Funny thing as we were all leaving he was standing outside smoking a cigarette. Horrible customer service! I will never come back here again. I do not recommend this dingy looking place.

Place nice and different from the normal fast food experience. Burgers were fresh and very good!! They have a couple TVs on the wall. Watched Sun Football “Go Bucs!!!” Very good size dinning area to sit and relax . The shakes were awesome with a burger. I like to see different restaurants in a Truck stops. Better than the usual stuff. Subway, Burger King, Taco bell. I enjoyed my afternoon out of the Truck for what it’s worth. And let me tell you for a TA, this was definitely one of the better ones for sure I wish they all look like this. Very clean. I’ve been to some scary TA in my time and this one was alot better than most. Two thumbs up to the Mgt here. They have lots of showers, plenty of maint bays and parking was not bad. I rolled in at 130am and there was lots of spaces open in the back. If you have pets there are lots of side walks on the side of the truck stop to walk your best friend. Safe streets and very quiet. There is also a new Excel freightliner shop going up behind the TA. Overall a good place for a 34hr break. I only stopped here cause I ran out of time. Im glad I did. Also one last thing. Ordered the New Orleans Cajun and that i wanted it cooked all the way through with no red meat.
I don’t know exactly what I was given, but it was not cooked through like I’d have liked, and the burger was not even right. idk what this one is.
If it is the right one, then they need to readjust their spices because there is no Cajun on this. I did end up finishing it because I don’t spend 18+ bucks on something to toss it out, and if they can’t make orders right the first time, I’m not shooting for round 2.
