The restaurant is located in Jordan’s Furniture and is a great way to end your day. The restaurant is clean with a welcoming vibe with a fireplace. I wish the other locations did not close, this is the last one in Massachusetts.
Ordering is easy and the food comes out quickly. The fries are well seasoned and the burger is seasoned well and cooked how you want it. You can build your own burger with the toppings bar with fresh ingredients and sauces. The shake is a refreshing treat. This combo is priced well and it’s enjoyed dining in.

This is my favorite place to grab a burger and I’m not a huge burger fan. I don’t have one near me so every time I’m in the area I make a point to go. My absolute fave is the Bourbon Burger. Love the topping bar to add what you want to your burger! We have never waited too long for our food and always cooked the way I like it!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant, and it all started with the incredible service from Ithalo. He was amazing—super kind, super nice, and extremely kid-friendly. From the moment we placed our order to the time we packed up our food, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. His top-notch customer service truly made our visit special.
The food was just as impressive! The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the portion sizes. My little one ordered a cheeseburger, and we were able to switch the sides to a brownie and a milkshake, which was perfect for him. My salad was fantastic—not only was it delicious, but I had more than enough to bring home for dinner.
The atmosphere was another highlight. The restaurant was clean, had high ceilings, and offered plenty of space—even as the lunch crowd started to roll in, it never felt cramped. It was a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment.
Overall, this restaurant deserves an amazing review, and it all started with Ithalo’s outstanding service. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

As someone who went to Fuddruckers regularly as a kid, I was excited when I found out about this location just 40 minutes down the road from where I currently live. It was extremely busy New Year’s Day, almost like a mall or amusement park food court. The food I received seemed hot and fresh, but I had quality issues with most items.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was extremely bland, but it was hot and fresh. It seemed like a frozen slab of chicken that was breaded and fried. The burger I ordered was bone dry, but it was well seasoned. My wife ordered a turkey burger and she said it tasted like a frozen patty. While the rolls are light and airy, they are still far too thick compared to the amount of meat on each sandwich. My soda had way too many bubbles in it and it didn’t taste clean. The potato wedges were the best part of my meal and were definitely on point with what I have come to expect from Fuddruckers. The cookie I ordered was also pretty good.
Overall, it is basically a self service Applebees where you go up to place your order and bring your own food to the table which I prefer. I think the burger would have been a lot better if it wasn’t overcooked, but the chicken sandwich was very disappointing. It would have been a lot better if it had some kind of seasoning or flavor, but it was so bland.

Today’s my four year anniversary and our first date was at Fuddruckers In Saugus where we regularly went. Sadly, that Fuddruckers is now closed. My partner comes home from his 16 hour shift at 9 PM today and I wanted to make it To the Fuddruckers in Reading to buy us dinner and surprise him at home afterwards. I asked them to do me a favor and deconstruct the burger for me so I can make it fresh for him later Which I know can be an annoying ask, but they were so sweet about it.
They even surprised me with a Gift card ❤️ Made my night!!

Food is good, salad bar style for toppings for your burgers. They also offer premium toppings for a extra cost. My only issue I find is when I order the cashier walks away mid order. But the food is great. I got the brown sugar bacon burger. Burger was cooked correctly. The next time we stopped here I got the chilli cheese dog and it was also just as good.

The food was delicious! They have a good choice of burgers which you put your own toppings on (such as lettuce, tomato and onion) so you can make your burger exactly how you want. The fries are also very good as well. The service is friendly and very quick! If you’re feeling adventurous they also have elk and buffalo meat burgers!

Cheese slice is an add-on but the cheesy sauce (at the free flow salad bar) is good enough to make up the difference. Make it a combo with a soda and fries, we recommend the half fries half onion ring option— Fring!
AMBIENCE: Plenty of seating for big group! It stays well-organized even when it’s pretty crowded. Very enjoyable fast-casual dining experience!
