Love the vibe but the food needs a little work. The ramen in particular needs more savor (flavor). Lots of potential here for improvement. The teriyaki chicken is good but you cant really mess that up as it’s low effort food. Will try at least another dish or two and report back. But until then can’t recommend the Ramen . Also the girls working the front could be a bit more patient and welcoming. I was put back by the girls being in a rush.

Our first time there today for Father’s day. The atmosphere was the best part of our experience there: the ambiance felt authentic and cozy and they had a “robot” deliver your plates of food right to your table!! We ordered their signature Ramen, Deluxe but were a bit disappointed: pork pieces were way too hard and chewy; soup base was too salty and greasy. The fried chicken was really yummy though. May return again. Service was decent and friendly.

The Ramen here is pretty stinking good. It’s got a lot of heart to it and flavor. It’s filling but not to a point where I’m bloated. Would recommend the Shoyu! Love the atmosphere. Very cozy. Lots of cool posters and art all over the place. They had a tv just rolling these studio ghibli style landscapes. I think the experience worthy moment was when that little robot came out with our food and gave it to us. Then took off. The server is very serious about their job and took real good care of our table. Great place all around, highly recommend trying it out!

Cozy but busy little spot that shouldn’t be overlooked the next time you’re in the Tigard/Progress area. With a mix of Japanese artwork on the walls, banners hanging from the ceiling and Japanese pop music playing in the background – just relax and take it all in while waiting for your order. Add in a simple menu, small sake list and modest food to tie it all together and it makes for a enjoyable dining experience! The area where this restaurant is located has lots of parking spots. The restaurant has good Japanese feel. Japanese characters and animes are all over. Kids at heart could geek out. They have a robot that serves the food. First level saiyan form Goku figure is displayed on that robot.

The ramen is good and the curry is the best Japanese curry I’ve had in Oregon. Your food is delivered by a robot which is pretty unique and definitely something my kids would enjoy seeing.
