Presentation of the food was beautiful. Pricing was reasonable, especially for the basic “A” option. Everything was fresh and tasty, except the crab salad, which tasted “off”. The crab salad was also spicy, which my dinner partner didn’t like and told them. Then they put the spicy mayo on a sushi roll, so make sure they understand special requests or preferences. If you take kids, watch out – they have free ice cream! All in all, a good value for the money.

Saw the reviews and had to check it out! All you can eat sushi for $19 basic and $30 for premium. Like any sushi buffet, cannot leave any rice, so come with an appetite. The service was attentive and I loved the atmosphere in its authentic set up. Overall, I was impressed with the food and definitely will be going again.

Absolutely loved this place!
The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Japanese flavor. You can really feel the care that goes into every dish — from the sushi rolls to the warm bowls of ramen. The chef clearly takes pride in both the taste and appearance of the food.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the service is super friendly. Whether you’re a sushi lover or just curious to try something new, this spot is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!

Service top notch! Get the premium package it’s worth it! The whole table has to choose between the standard or premium side. Try the Asian BBQ beef Robata it was so tasty. We also had so many sushi rolls. They brought us a boat and then a robot delivered many future sushi rolls that we ordered later in the meal. If you see a roll that looks tasty but there is an ingredient you don’t like, they make them fresh so we had one custom made for us! Truly an outstanding experience! I’m so sad I don’t live closer or I would be here often!

Just opened a month ago. I arrived 5 minutes before opening and the manager unlocked the door immediately. He personally explained the two menu options. It’s all you can eat but if you want sashimi and other special rolls and seared offerings the second option which is 10 dollars more, is the better selection. The fish tasted fresh and was beautifully presented. They are very generous with the wasabi and ginger. Admittedly it wasn’t crowded so I can’t speak to how quickly the food is served when it’s packed but my orders were brought to me within minutes. The owner even took the time to introduce himself and ask about the meal. The atmosphere is pretty standard —no opulence. To me, as long as the place is clean and tidy, which it was, the decor is pretty low on my list of priorities. I would definitely recommend Fu Sushi. I am already planning my return trip.

This is a really cute all you can eat sushi place. The decor is nice and the staff know what they’re doing. This doesn’t appear to be their first rodeo lol.
Service is fast and straightforward and servers were attentive. That being said, it is still an all you can eat sushi place and the finer nuances of the dishes are missing. It’s more broad strokes and casual which definitely has its own appeal. Especially in Santa Fe. It’s hard to find cute and fun places with affordable food that attracts younger crowds. I am glad they’re open and I hope this is a great hangout spot!

A fun and new sushi restaurant is open. Definitely give it a try. Nice interior with 3 distinct areas. Lovely service, especially the host. The food is mostly good. About average overall for Santa Fe. You have 2 options when ordering, $24.99 for page A, $34.99 for both pages. I was satisfied with $24.99. I wish the menu had photos. I did not like the fried/ tempura items. Something was off with those items. Plenty of parking and seating. The bathrooms need an overhaul.

Fu Sushi’s first day, 4/18/2025.
All you can eat, the Standard 24.99/person and the Premium 34.99/person.
Very good food and service.
Good job, you all, and thank you for your hard work.
A big shout out for Jason (the owner), Kus, and the kitchen crew!

We were passing by and saw that the restaurant had been changed. Upon arrival the staff was very attentive and welcoming. After ordering, the manager said it was the first day of opening. He explained it was owned by the owners of sushi8 (which I enjoy very much). We tried many of the sushi rolls they had and all of them were absolutely amazing and delicious. This is not including the presentation of all the food dishes. I highly recommend this place. * this is coming from someone who has never left a review in my entire life* Don’t miss out great quality food and on a perfect experience!

This was not expected. I didn’t know it was an all you can eat sushi place. I almost left. I’m so glad I didn’t. There are two options, a basic and a deluxe menu selections. The basic is under $20 and the deluxe is under$40. I chose the basic. I will definitely get the deluxe the next time. There were plenty of excellent choices on the basic menu. Everything is prepared fresh to order. There is a 90 minute time limit but I was full well before that time. The ice cream for dessert was a nice ending. Quality food.
