This was my first time ordering and my last. I ordered Sesame chicken and it looked delicious! But when I took my first bite I knew something was off. But thought maybe it was just that piece. Then I cut a piece open and thought maybe this is tofu bc it didn’t look like chicken. It clearly says Sesame Chicken “white meat”, well the picture can speak for itself…. I like their egg foo young, but the last time I had it, it tasted like slop wrapped in a plastic bag. The texture was WAY off. Other than that, this place is a smidgen below average, but I give it 3. If you like chicken that tastes like clumps of fried rubber, go for it. Apparently that’s a lot of y’alls favorite.

Fu Lin is Foolin If they think this food is good. Got an order of shrimp fried rice and sesame chicken the first meal I get from any and every Chinese restaurant I ever go to anywhere across the country and as a truck driver trust me I done been to a lot.
This place brings dishonor to Asian American establishments of all kinds. I’ve never had bad shrimp fried rice till now HOW do you even accomplish that? Make the rice, cook the shrimp, mix them. Idk what the 5 star reviews was eating but it wasn’t this.
My wife says the egg rolls are decent but I’m kind of scared. Hopefully the fortune cookie isn’t a taste bud disaster.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to. The food is fantastic. You get a lot of it one dinner feeds me and my wife for under $10. They have a pick three dinner special for under $20 that will feed five easy maybe 6. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you get a chance.

On the traveling to Detroit and my mom says she wants some Chinese food and recommends Fu Lin. That was the best tasting Chinese food I’d had in a while! I had sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice that had very large shrimp & a egg roll. Mom had Egg fo young etc, and my husband had Almond chicken with brown gravy etc. Yes I’ll recommend. I found out, She buys all her meats & ingredients from Sam’s Club, from a lady that came in while I was waiting.

The other day was my first time coming here and I was very pleased. It can be difficult to find a great Chinese place that will have good flavor and fresh food. I ordered the Sesame chicken with fried rice and Crab Rangoon’s. The fried rice was really good and way better than I expected. Crab Rangoon’s were amazing, sesame chicken was pretty good too! They give you really big portion sizes, which is great for college students. Staff could for sure be more friendly but overall the food was great! Only inconvenience is that they only accept cash. Other than that though they have gained a new customer !
