Update: Reached out to owners per request. They were understanding, apologetic and ready to correct the issues I addressed. For me a business taking initiative to make things right says a lot. Not sure if I’ll return or not, but I definitely give them kudos for that. So I’m going to update my review to 3 stars for now.

Stopped in today at the Liberty Center location at around 11:30AM & had a poor customer service experience. When I walked in, the associate was sitting with her feet propped up, face in phone, and did not acknowledge me at all until I spoke first. When I said I was picking up an order, she responded with “What?”. After I repeated myself, she handed me my order and simply said “here” as if I was disturbing her.
I don’t expect exceptional service, but basic acknowledgment should be standard especially when you know someone is picking up an order you made! This was my first time trying Frutta Bowls, and it will be my last. There are too many other smoothie places to patronize.

My son and I eat here all the time and last night portion was probably half of what we normally get. Usually the fruit are nicely on top barely can close the lid. Not last night. Fruit was sloppy and not fancy like normal. I feel like I should get a credit for 2 large bowls.

Hosted a party and had frutts bowl as catering. The owner helped bring in all the food, gave nice presentation. Amount was just right. I got positivefeedback from my guests on how tasty the food is! And the protein bites were good! The refreshers were good too!

This is absolutely ridiculous. The amount of base you’re given does not justify the price of a fruit bowl. If management is going to limit how much base customers get, then the price should be adjusted accordingly. Charging full price for a significantly reduced portion is unacceptable. I highly recommend the Deerfield location.

Im very disappointed in this location. After being a good customer in Mason, I decided to give this store a try….When I pay for a large bowl…almost 12 dollars, I expect the bowl to be full…it certainly was not! There were barely any strawberries, peanut butter, or nutella in it either. It tasted like acai and banannas. Not good…also, I may as well have gotten a small! Do better liberty township store! I did have 2 bites out of this before I pushed it down to see how much of the bowl was actually filled. Thanks for the one blueberry as well.. that wasn’t part od my order.

*Edited to say I went back and they fixed my order no problem, and they were very apologetic. BUT they still got my order wrong They used blueberry flax granola instead of the cinnamon granola I asked for.
I ordered online and asked for no blueberry and no peanut butter. Both of these things are in my order. It’s a good thing I have no allergies, but this was a waste of money to receive something I did not even want to eat.

Workers are really nice and helpful, the food tastes great and it’s all really healthy. First time having açaí and it’s one of the greatest things to exist. Me and my girlfriend loved it.
