I recently placed an order using the kiosk, which stated that my name would be called once the order was ready. Unfortunately, no one ever called my name, and I had to approach the counter myself to let the employees know I had placed an order.
The interaction with the staff was disappointing neither employee greeted us, and their demeanor made it seem as though assisting us was an inconvenience. One employee even refused to refill the peanut butter, instead tapping it on the counter and squeezing what little remained from the bottle, which came out in a splatter.
As a business owner myself, I found the overall service very unsatisfactory. It was also concerning to see one employee working diligently while the other appeared to be walking around.
I wanted to share this feedback in hopes it helps improve the customer experience for future guests.

I have been here a few times already! Love it! Staff is super sweet/chill very helpful, knowledgeable! Place was spotless! Food was fresh, stocked delicious!
