Took over 20 min for 2 smoothies that totaled almost $20 with only 2 orders ahead of me. 2 people kept just standing around. The smoothies were made incorrectly too. I ordered the Dubai smoothie and it didn’t have the toppings. 10/10 don’t go.

I wish giving a zero was an option. Went here for the first time today. The place was very busy. Lots of workers and everyone working hard yet no food seemed to be going out to customers waiting. I ordered 2 bowls and after 35 minutes of waiting I went up to the counter. The manager took my ticket and went to check on my order to find no one had even started making them. He started making them hisself and then walked back up to the front and helped someone else. Then he went back, finished making them and brought them up front. He called my name and told some girl whose they were and then walked away. The girl turned her back and went to another counter. Another customer was standing there and said to me “I think those are yours”. I looked over and sure enough they said my name. I called over to the lady and told her that was my food. She then bagged them up and set them on the counter so she could get me a napkin. I just took my bag and left (45 minutes later). There are so many things wrong with this experience!! First of all we waited 35 minutes and no one even started making the bowls, yet there was 4 girls back there at the bowl station busy doing I dont know what because they literally hadn’t given anyone a bowl. Then the bowls are so small I though I was being pranked!! Like it was $10 for this “regular” size. I’d hate to see what the small option looks like if this was regular! It took two seconds to eat and was literally nasty!! You literally couldn’t pay me to go back here!!!!

We had some trouble placing our order through DoorDash and the Frutta Bowl website, and after two calls to the store, the owner, Eddie, personally jumped on the call to help us. He was absolutely fantastic, his customer service went far above and beyond!
Eddie didn’t just take our order; he took the time to understand the issue and work through what was actually going wrong so it could be resolved for the future. He processed our entire office’s order over the phone to ensure everything went through perfectly. That level of care and personal attention is rare these days, and we are truly grateful.
On top of that, the food from this location is always amazing, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We will absolutely continue to support the Hull Street Road Frutta Bowl. Eddie, thank you for making sure both the service and the food are top-notch every single time!

Smallest bowl I’ve ever seen. This 2 bite bowl was $11. As someone who is used to playa bowls and bungalow bowls this is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even bother coming here it’s a total rip off. They’re literally scamming you which I should’ve known since they’re attached to a saladworks.

I had a great time here! Upon our arrival, Eddie greeted us realizing that it was our first time here. He took us through the entire menu and kiosk to ensure we had everything we needed to order. The food was great and I loved the “You pick 2” option because I was able to try a panini and bowl together. Our food didn’t take long and everything was correct. Definitely will come back!

Got a smoothie and a panini. Waited around 10 minutes for my smoothie to come out only for it to have the consistency of water. Also, it was not blended all the way through and there were chunks of fruit at the bottom. For my panini, I had to wait an extra 25 minutes. However, there were 6 workers standing around, making them selves look busy but not producing any products. I was the only person in there besides a duo of women who had already gotten their food a while ago. I am pretty disappointed in the quality of food and how long it took for me to get subpar items that costed $22. I was never updated about my order and instead made eye contact with the workers multiple times while I waited. But the panini was quite good so there’s a little bit of sunshine on a runny day!

My husband loves fruit bowl so we went to Frutta bowl. We order the green base, blueberry granola, banana, strawberries, mango and coconut flakes. It was Delicious ! The placer was clean, very organized. The only thing was that was our first time we were kind of lost and no one came and welcomed us until several minutes and we were the only one. Also my mango was green and hard. But our overall experience was very good! Definitely recommend!

Place is amazing! Their grand opening was today. Their staff is amazing, specially the Assistant Manager, I think her name is Michelle! She is really helpful and friendly. I did not know what to order, I was overwhelmed by the menu, but she jumped in and helped me to decide. I got the Buffalo chicken panini pick two with a noodle soup, it was delicious! Give it a try.

I went through the entire order on one of their machines. Put in my name and my credit card which transaction was approved.
I assumed that my name would be called when my order was ready. I stood there for 10-15 minutes while 2 other people were served (not many in restaurant though).
I think I was looked at a coupe times finally a kid asked me what I was waiting on and I said my name and he was like “uh, we don’t have a ticket sorry” this was after my card transaction clearly went through. He continues to stare at me like I’m supposed to know how to correct the situation my self.
Finally a manager I presume comes over and says something to the lines of that machine is kind of broke and you’ll have to check your credit card bill just order again and click pay at the register. They still act confused and finally someone comes to the register guess she took some off but I had to wait another 10 minutes. It’s like fix your machine and figure out to not disjoint your service.
