Not impressed. I wanted to try this out because I have only been going to Playa Bowls. The kiwi in my bowl was not ripe and there were random black pieces all over. The toaster started smoking and a fire started and the worker said “this always happens”. There were multiple customers in there and she said that loudly then opened the door. Never apologized nor covered up instead she announced that this is a usual occurrence. There’s a big Nutella labeled container on top of the toaster that caught on fire. The place was smoky and it smelled. Very disappointed.

My sister and I love açaí bowls and try new places whenever we can. Despite the size being good for the price, we won’t be getting any açaí bowls from here again. The açaí base has a weird consistency, texture almost like the texture of a smoothie that spent a couple of days in the freezer. The taste was weird, not very good, even tho it doesn’t taste like much of anything. The fruits were ok. THE SMOOTHIE THO! It was sooo good! I got the Tropical smoothie, which was DELICIOUS. Very light and refreshing. I like when smoothies taste like the fruits and no added flavors or sweeteners, and that’s exactly what this one tasted like. I will go back for this smoothie if I’m near a Frutta Bowls.

I normally love frutta bowl but I had a terrible experience there tonight; with the food and the employee. My oatmeal was not cooked and was filled with water. It was absolutely disgusting. It was uncooked, watery, hard oats. I called to complain to which the teenager was very disrespectful on the phone, told me the oatmeal was cooked, that the item was ordered an hour ago but I just received the item, that it was “not her problem,” and to “submit a photo online for a refund.” The oatmeal was very clearly not cooked and there are certainly better ways to handle issues. If I was the owner I would have a long talk with my employees about the quality of food that is being served and customer service.

From the perspective of a Tesla driver tired of Wawa while traveling north from DC, this is a five star experience. Just a short walk across the plaza – bowls, smoothies, Dubai chocolate new items and clean dining space. Bathroom was adequate. Back to the car & charged from 9% to 80% in 25 minutes.

Frutta Bowls offers a large selection of items. I ordered one of the Fall menu items and a guest favorite bowl and both were very tasty. The staff was really nice and the store was extremely clean. Will definitely visit again when I’m in the area

Frutta bowls has a great flavor! It is warm and friendly environment. Their bowl we sweet but packed with fruit! The staff was very friendly and efficient. There isn’t very much seating and a more expensive lunch at about $10 a person.

This was my 2nd time at this location and I’m disappointed. The smoothie portion of my bowl was basically not there and it was frozen. I usually get a small since I’m used to them packing the containers; since the first time I came to this location the small was super skimpy I decided to get a regular bowl today. The layer of granola is more than the base. Not happy with my $13 purchase

Had the craziest experience here, was treated like we were in the early 1900’s and got told to wait in the back of the store because where we were standing was “intimidating” to this one particular girl. She was rude to not only every person who walked in but her co worker as well. I understand it was busy but everyone in there was being patient and instead of working to get the orders done, she was worried about where my sister and I were standing. An unforgettable experience here and I’ve supported since day one. Smh no manager or no one higher to speak with.
