I never write reviews but I’m so disappointed with the size of my bowl. I paid $15 to get a bowl that is smaller than my hand and barely has any acai in it, maybe like 1 scoop. They also had a new person making my bowl and I totally understand people have to learn, but that combined with barely any acai and the size of the bowl compared to the old sizes is so disappointing. Wish i could get a refund because this was a complete waste of my money.

I’ve been sitting on this deciding if I wanted to leave a review but after 4x ordering DoorDash I feel like I am annoyed enough to do so. I gave them 4 chances, the first 3x my bowl came without peanut butter and Nutella. This time the strawberries are literally cut in half and that’s it. Do they think I’m a squirrel and can store said strawberries in my cheeks?! Jokes aside. I don’t know if this store is under new management or what, it used to be good but recently (the last month or so) the quality is trash. Squirrels would likely approve though.

Quite disappointing to say the least. The bowls are quite small for the cost. I usually don’t complain about the expense if the food is proportionate but in this case it’s lacking. Smoothies are watered down (previous reviews stated the same) to save on cost while you’re still being charged $10.99 for a regular size. Ouch. Either it’s the kids behind the counter that’s making poor smoothies or just how they’re made but with many other smoothie options in the area it would be hard to come back to this location.

I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the Chocolate Explosion protein shake I’ve ordered multiple times. From the beginning, I mentioned that the shake lacked Nutella. Unfortunately, after three separate orders, it now arrives (3 times) with no Nutella at all and to make matters worse, it’s completely melted upon arrival.
This has become a consistent issue, and I’m frustrated with spending money on something that is not being delivered as described or expected. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from your establishment.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING
I got a regular pitaya muscle up bowl for $14.40
The young lady brought a sloppy and luke warm bowl of what did not look like pitaya from the back. So I asked her “is that pitaya?” and she confirmed that it was. Then she proceeded to put mounds of granola to fill up the bowl because the mysterious pitaya was well under portioned. She finished with 2 globs of peanut butter, thick cut bananas, and closed it with a sloppy lid. The “pitaya” was not pitaya. It tasted like applesauce/baby food and it wasn’t at the least chilled. You know when you have a taste for PlayaBowl but don’t wanna take the drive..Definitely take the drive to Playa Bowl!!! Or Smoothie King, or Tropical Smoothie Cafe, anywhere really, JUST DONT COME HERE!!

I order a pitaya bowl from here frequently on DoorDash and I have to say that this location makes the most delicious bowls with the best/freshest fruit quality and ingredients + really good proportions of everything. They had stopped delivering to my home for a while before covid because the distance was too far, so I had tried other bowls from other similar restaurants, and the quality and taste was never even close.
I never write reviews, but I’m a doctor working nights these days and I order this bowl and a cold brew coffee almost every day to wake me up and it gives me LIFEEE so I had to!! And they’re so aesthetically beautiful!

Loved this place. Super boost of healthy foods into the body. Fruit was crisp and fresh, service was great. Toast options are awesome. Wish we had one like this back home. Amazing options for healthy choices. Wait was a little longer than expected and food never came together. But yeah worth the wait!

Went here for the first time today I can say it was okay me personally I think these bowls at all places are over priced and not that great, it is a refreshing snack but for 10 dollars I can go next door and get a chipotle burrito. Just my opinion. The workers in there were kind and helpful. My sister really enjoyed her açaí bowl. They have a good location with a lot of shops around and also out door seating.

I’m a regular customer here in summer time and my favorite thing to order is green machine smoothie. I happened to order one today but I was super disappointed. This green machine tasted nothing like the old ones. It’s so bland just like you throw bunch veggies and fruit into water. It also doesn’t even look as thick as it used to be and this cost $9.80. I think with this price this quality is not acceptable.
